The beverage produced in the beverage blending tank for CSD has now to be carbonated for the
sparkling effect. However by general principle gas does not dissolve or mix up in any kind of lesser
viscous liquid even at room temperatures thereby the beverage has to be chilled to a temperature
just above freezing temp (normally from 3 to 5 OC ) to ensure proper dissolution of gas in the
beverage and also to ensure that the Gas level in the beverage is controlled to have uniform
distribution and gas volume in each packed container of the Product.
The Chiller unit comprises of a PHE (Plate Heat Exchanger) which ensures proper chilling of the
beverage to desired temperature before it is sent for carbonization to the carbonator.

The Carbonator is used to carbonize the beverage to desired gas volume using a commercial Carbon
Dioxide cylinder as source. The carbonator generally increases the surface area of the liquid so as the
liquid is exposed to the gas for even and high value dissolution of gas.
The carbonator works on the film flow principle. A very fine film of liquid is created and allowed to
flow over specially contoured film plates. During these flow, liquid is exposed to carbon-dioxide gas
at carbonation pressure, and when it reaches the bottom level of the carbonation chamber, it is fully
saturated. There is adjustable nozzle provided on top of the tank by which flow rate can be
controlled. A liquid level gauge glass assembly with electronic level control probe is provided. The
control panel is supplied and built on same frame of carbonator The control panel houses, HP and LP
gas regulator with indicator gauges. Electronic pressure transducer controlled Diaphragm valve to
regulate gas flow. Complete electric system along with built in alarm system and pressure controller
for gas and only temperature indicator as one unit.
From the Carbonization unit the carbonated beverage is sent to the Counter Pressure Filler for Filling

AUTOMATIC COUNTER PRESSURE TYPE FILLING MACHINE 40 BPM @ 200 ml FOR CARBONATED
SOFT DRINK
The machine is suitable for 500, 1000, & 2000 cc PET Bottles, with a production capacity of 40 bottles
per minute for 200 ml. Bottle loading and unloading are manual while rinsing, filling and capping
operations are carried out automatically. The Carbonated beverage cannot be filled in normal fillers as
the gas will precipitate the beverage during filling and filling will not take place, thereby special counter
pressure fillers are used in filling CSD to ensure smooth filling of the beverage in PET bottles along with
preventing loss of gas volume in the container.

Equipment Schedule & Process Description for C.I.P. LINE (For CSD only)
The CIP Line Extensively built to maintain sanitation and fulfill all hygienic conditions and critical control
points in the assemblies. The CIP Line helps in maintaining trouble free cleaning procedure in the Lines
and must be used during change of product and also during start and stop of the entire processing line
especially the concentrate line assembly. The CIP systems includes of Sanitizing tanks with supply and
return pumps ensuring proper cleaning of the equipments in place. Simplex filters used ensure proper
filteration of the water used during the process. PHE provides Luke warm to hot water wash in the system
to prevent contamination in the process line.

1. SCOPE OF SUPPLY:
Our scope of work is limited to the items mentioned in our offer. Anything not specifically mentioned on
our quotation to be considered outside scope of our supply.
2. PRICE
Prices quoted are for Design Engineering, Manufacture , Installation and Commissioning, Training etc.
Prices are firm but subject to statutory variations. Unless otherwise stated our offer is Ex-our works and
are Exclusive of packing, forwarding, loading, incidental charges, insurance, freight etc and are extra on
clients account.
3. DELIVERY PERIOD:
a. Within 10 to 12 weeks from date of technically and commercially clear order along with advance as
indicated in the payment terms.
b. A further period of 2 weeks may be required for transportation to the site, erection and
commissioning. The final commissioning of the plant depends on the inlet water connection to our
system provided by you.
c. Delivery period is effective form the date of realization of Advance Cheque / Demand draft.
d. Delivery period quoted is subject to Force Meajure conditions.
4. TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Our payment terms are as follows:
1. 20% as advance along with the Purchase order
2. 40% Second advance intermediate
3. Balance 40% against PROFORMA INVOICE, prior to dispatch (On pro-rata basis)
6. VALIDITY:
Our offer is valid for 60 days from the date of submission after which is subject to our confirmation.
8. MANPOWER TRAINING:
Manpower training will be arranged at the time of installation and commissioning of plant and
machineries at the clients site by us.
11. INSPECTION :
Customer will be intimated to inspect the items before dispatch as otherwise the item after receipt of
the payment will be dispatched as per dispatch instructions. It is understood that manufactured item
will be inspected by our internal inspection wing before dispatch.
12. INSURANCE:
Transit Insurance by you. However we shall intimate you the dispatch details to effect insurance.
13. GUARANTEE:
The product of our manufacture carries a guarantee against manufacturing defects, for a period of
Twelve months, from the date of dispatch from our factory. Please note that the guarantee is restricted
to mechanical items only and is limited to repair replacement of defective spares and accessories and
does not cover any consequent losses of damages. The guarantee will not cover normal wear and tear of
the parts or defects due to mishandling of the equipment or negligence. As regards bought out items like
Compressor, Pumps, Motors, Instruments, etc., the guarantee offered by the manufacturers of these
items would be passed on to you and it is limited to the guarantee offered by the respective
manufacturers. Warranty on Compressor Limited to 6 months only as offered by the manufacturer.
15. JURISDICTION:
All disputes will be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction Only
18. ANCILLARIES :
All required ancillaries such as Raw water tanks, pipings from bore well to raw water tanks and from
there to the inlet of raw water pump, Air conditioners, Air curtains, fly kits, lightning, exhaust fans etc in
client’s scope. Detailing will be given by Aguapuro
19. ISI DOCUMENTATION : For Indian Packaged Drinking Water Clients Only
Arrangement of Documents such as Gram panchayat NOC, Pollution Control NOC, etc related to
Application of ISI marking in client’s scope, all details regarding the documents required will be
provided by Aguapuro. Aguapuro will assist in getting ISI License for the project through their own
sources however at extra cost payable by the Client.
20. Aguapuro will assist the Client in all maximum possible ways for the project which lies in its
approach.
