I, Hiroko Tahara, of legal age, married, Japanese, with

current residence at Unit C, Block 4 Lot 4, Cambridge Ave.,
Brookside Hills Subd., Cainta, Rizal, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state, THAT:

1. I was given a special power of attorney to manage, transact,

undertake, recover, and administer a motor vehicle owned by
Masahiro Kametani. The details of the said motor vehicle is
described as follows:

ENGINE NO.: 2NZ6596950
CHASIS NO.: NCP9290 65897;

A copy of the aforementioned special power of attorney is

attached herewith for ready reference;

2. As authorized agent, I have let the custody of the above

specified motor vehicle in the custody of Transnational Anti-
Organized Crime United Nations Office On Drugs and
Crime (UNODC TAOC IG Philippine Command);

3. I have RETRIEVED AND RECEIVED the subject vehicle

from UNODC TAOC IG Philippine Command and I further
release the same from liability on the said motor vehicle;

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing statements and for other purposes not contrary to law,
morals, good customs, and public policy.
