1.0 Welcoming The chairperson welcomed everyone to the first Chairperson
speech meeting​ ​and​ ​thanked​ ​for​ ​their​ ​presence.

2.0​ ​Introduction 2.1​ ​Definition Chairperson

The Chairperson defined the project title
“Teenagers at Risk” as groups of individual age
between 13 to 19 years old that are exposed to
harm​ ​or​ ​danger.
Then, the chairperson highlighted that the focus
of​ ​the​ ​project​ ​is​ ​bully.

 2.2​ ​Issue Hanis,
Hanis reaffirmed the issue by stating the Fauzi​ ​and
evidences of two bully cases, involving Zulfarhan Diyana
from​ ​UPNM​ ​and​ ​Navin​ ​from​ ​Penang.

She added that there are two parties involved in

bully​ ​which​ ​are​ ​leader​ ​and​ ​follower.

Diyana mentioned that a research by Ministry of

Education stated that 47000 cases related to
physical bullying from 2012-2015. Emphasis in
the project was made on physical bullying as
70%​ ​of​ ​ ​bully​ ​cases​ ​are​ ​physical​ ​bully.

It was identified that one of the causes of bully is

media. The effects of bully are decrease in
motivation to study, deterioration in mental health
and​ ​lead​ ​to​ ​social​ ​problems.

3.0​ ​Solution 3.1​ ​Project​ ​Description All

Aziz proposed to conduct the leadership members
programme to reduce the gap between junior
and​ ​senior.

Then, Diyana concerned that teenagers should

have healthy environment and came out with the
idea of designing a module for specific target
group.

It was suggested that the module should include

the​ ​friendship,​ ​leadership​ ​and​ ​bravery​ ​elements.

Aziz, Hanis, Fauzi and Chairperson voted for “Be

Buddies” from the suggested name “1M4U”,
“Peer​ ​to​ ​Peer”​ ​ ​and​ ​“Be​ ​Buddies”.

Venues recommended by Fauzi for the module

are​ ​IM4U​ ​Leadership​ ​Institute​ ​and​ ​ ​PLKN​ ​Camp.

Aziz preferred IM4U Leadership Institute instead

of PLKN Camp as he believed that their mission
is​ ​to​ ​create​ ​loving​ ​and​ ​caring​ ​environment​ ​only.

3.2​ ​Objective
The objective of the programme is to create
loving and caring individuals as finalised by
Chairperson.
4.0 Task Aziz nominated the Chairperson as the Project All
delegation Manager and it was accepted by other Members
committee​ ​members.

Diyana volunteered herself to become the

Finance​ ​committee.

Fauzi offered himself as logistic committee while

Aziz as the public relation committee. Hanis took
the​ ​position​ ​as​ ​ICT​ ​and​ ​publication​ ​committee.

5.0 Possible Chairperson believed that the project would Chaiperson,

Impact create​ ​positive​ ​impact. Fauzi,​ ​Aziz
and​ ​Hanis.
However, Fauzi raised the concern over the
effectiveness​ ​of​ ​the​ ​module.

Hanis responded that the module would be

assessed​ ​by​ ​researchers​ ​from​ ​universities.

Aziz added that it could be a pioneer project and

used​ ​as​ ​reference​ ​by​ ​other​ ​schools.

6.0​ ​Other​ ​Matters Diyana offered herself to prepare budget, Diyana​ ​and
quotation as well as sponsorship. At the same Fauzi
time, Fauzi raised his concern about fund
insufficiency.

The next meeting is scheduled to discuss

comprehensive budget plan, sources of fund and
expenses.

7.0​ ​Next​ ​Meeting Chairperson thanked all members for being Chairperson
present for that day. The meeting was adjourned
at 3.20 pm. Next meeting was set on 30​th August
2017​ ​at​ ​2.00​ ​pm​ ​at​ ​Ibnu​ ​Sina​ ​Room.
