AFFIDAVIT OF NON-IMPROVEMENT

We, JUDYJES WINSLEY B. DE VERA, of legal age, separated, Filipino Citizen and
resident of Brgy. Guiguilonen, Mangaldan, Pangasinan and NINA CZARINA V. CATUNGAL
married to CHARLES M. CATUNGAL, both of legal ages, Filipino citizens and residents of
Brgy. Guiguilonen, Mangaldan, Pangasinan represented by KRISTY ANN B. DE VERA
(Attached hereto is the Special Power of Attorney as Annex “A”) also of legal age, Filipino
Citizen and resident of Brgy. Guiguilonen, Mangaldan, Pangasinan under oath do hereby depose
and state:

1. That we are the absolute true and real owners of the following parcel of land, to wit;

TCT NO. 026-2017005741

“A certain parcel of land situated in Brgy. Embarcadero, Mangaldan,

Pangasinan. Bounded on the North by 1-2 by lot 4; on the South by NW 2-3-4 by
lot 1-A-11 and East by NF-4-5 by lot 6 on the West by se 5-1 by lot 3 Provincial
Road under Cadastral Lot 5 Pcs F2017000144. Containing an area of 152 square
meters, more or less. Covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 026-
2017005741.”

2. That the said parcel of land contains no improvement existing thereon;

3. That we have not introduced any improvement since the time we acquired the above
mentioned property;

4. That we are executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily for whatever legal purpose
it may serve.
