Watertown, NY, March 7, 2018 ~ The Jefferson County Public Health Service
(JCPHS) and the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office are pleased to welcome and
introduce Melissa Reynolds, M.S, F.N.P.-C to their respective departments.
Mrs. Reynolds will be expanding the JCPHS’s Sexually Transmitted Disease clinic
services by offering PrEP and enhanced screening for Sexually Transmitted
Infections (STI). Additionally, she will be assisting JCPHS to increase
immunization rates throughout the County and enhancing the Tuberculosis
program. She will also be working with the high-risk infants and mothers in the
community in the home-based setting accompanied by the nursing staff. Mrs.
Reynolds will also provide primary and acute healthcare services to the
incarcerated population at the Jefferson County Correctional Facility.
