1. All rates is based on material based on drawings provided by you and all standards are
follow
2. Above mention quantities are actual after idea sharing basis actual quantities may varies
3. Detail structure drawings, structure report, and detail BOQ will provided after purchase
order and advance

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. 70% advance of every activity

2. 30 % On completion of every activity

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Delivery time for supply maximum 135 working days after confirmation of purchase
order and advance cheaques,
2. client will provide the electricity & water on site
3. Site shall be provided clear to the contractor.
4. Date of work is started from date of advance cheaque
5. The time period for the completion of all listed shall be 5 month from the date of
purchased order provided by the client to the contractor in time. If changes in approved
drawings are made during constructions, or delay in payments are made then the
contractor shall be given time extension should be mutually agreed

6. If completed work are dismantled due to changes in design then the contractor shall be
compensated for incorporating such changes

7. Contractor payments shall be released with in 3 days of submitting of bills & contractor
shall inform about the due payment 3 days earlier. In addition the
