Question Description
Instructions 1) Contractors securing less than 60 points on the above criteria (Items '1' to
'5') and less than 12 points in item '6' will be considered as "Ineligible" for
enlistment.
2) Contractors who could not confirm availability of his staff to visit Sui Field
and other locations of interior Sindh and Punjab for inspection of Pressure
Vessel at PPL plants will be considered 'ineligible' for enlistment.
3) Contractors having not valid API 510 certified inspector in inspection team
to execute the work at field will be considered 'ineligible' for enlistment.
4) Contractors does not confirm to submit Quality Plan/Quality Inspection Plan
prior to commencement of actual work will be considered 'ineligible' for
enlistment.
5) Contractors having faced litigation cases due to default or wrong practices
or inability to perform any job as per agreed terms may be considered
'ineligible'.
6) Contractors does not confirm to submit procedure including acceptance
criteria for the whole range of processes used during inspection at least a
week before commencement of actual work will be considered 'ineligible' for
enlistment.
7) PPL will select inspection personal of bidders based on their relevant
experience, qualification and skills.
8) PPL has the right to visit facility (office or workshop) of the bidder.
