Content Standard/s : 2.2 By the end of the 6 year primary schooling, pupils will be able

to demonstrate understanding of variety of linear and non-linear

texts in the form of print and non-print materials using a range of

strategies to construct meaning.

(a) sequencing

(b) predicting with guidance

Learning Objectives : By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to:

1. predict the ending of the story “The Prince and The Thieves” by

carrying out a role play.

2. read the story “The Prince and The Thieves” and sequence the

six jumbled up word cards to arrange the events in the order.
