“In the Zaitun room, Seger Waras Hospital, there’s a patient with a thypoid medical
diagnosis. Her name’s Mrs. Indah. Doctor have visited and gave prescription.”
Team Leader : Good morning ma’am, doctor Raka have visited Mrs. Indah and this’s
prescription for her.
Head of The Room : Good morning, please prepare centralized drug consent and the medicine
cabinet.
Team Leader : Okay ma’am, I have prepared it.
Head of The Room : Okay, now please call the family of patient. I’ll explain about the
centralized drugs.
Team Leader : Okay ma’am.
“Team leader come to Ny. Indah room.”

“Family of patient go to pharmacy to buy the medicine according prescription give the
nurse.”
Family of Patient : Excuse me, I want to the buy the drug. This’s from Zaitun room.
Pharmacist : Who’s the name of patient?
Family of Patient : Mrs. Indah.

“Then family of patient back to nurse station to give the medicine to head of the room.”
Family of Patient : Excuse me, ma’am. This is drugs from pharmacy to Mrs. Indah
Head of The Room : Okay ma’am. I’ll give the medicine to Mrs. Indah one hour later and this
is the drug handover sheet.
Family of Patient : Okay ma’am.

After that, Team Leader give drug to the Ny.Indah

Team Leader : “ Assamualaikum wr.wb I give you injection drug Mrs..Indah. This is

12.00 after eat
Patient : “ yes ma’am”
Team Leader : “ please signed sheet of the centralized drugs ma’am, and I will do
Injection to Mrs.Indah
Patient Family : “ yes ma’am”

Station”
Patient Family : “ yes ma’am, thank you”

Team Leader goes to back in Nurse Station to report to the Head of the Room and
documentation the results of the action
Head of the Room : “ how is the centralized drugs Mrs.Indah?”
Team Leader : “ I’ve done anti pain injection and I have give the oral drug to Mrs. Indah
And document it”
Kepala Ruangan : “okey, thank you for your hard work, hopefully our service will be
