a Lo x a MICRO-DAFF99 Filters are available in a wide variety of standard sizes and construction materials. Filters can also be fabricated to a specific size or by using special material customized requirements. Careful selection of the right combination will ensure the filter that best meet the customer's needs. CELLSIDES Plywood and Particle Board Exterior grade plywood and particle board is used. The edges are but jointed and mechanically fixed to ensure a strong comer joint. Metal The standard metal is used is galvanized steel, but stainless steel and aluminum are available as options. Cell sides are bolted together foraciose fit. MEDIA MICRO-DAFF media are made from submicron glass fibers, formed into a high density paper. Continuos sheets are pleated to provide a high ratio of mediato face area, resulting in a low velocity through the media essential for ultra high efficiency filtration. MICRO-DAFF media are waterproof and fire retardant. MINIMUM EFFICIENCY Every MICRO-DAFF is individually tested to guarantee BOND ‘The media pack is thoroughly sealed to the inside of the cell with a cold cured resin to prevent bypass leakage around the pack. The sealant totally encapsulates media edges and separators, closing off all eak paths. GASKET MICRO-DAFF filters are standard provided with a gasket ensuring an air tight seal between filter and frame. For Standard applications a one piece gasketis used. For high temperature applications (upto 260°C) TESTING PROCEDURES Each filter individually does tested and certified for efficiency and initial resistance by state-of -the art testing technology, use of dual laser spectrometer. Also scanning to verify leak-free filters. In addition DAFF is D.0.P (Dioctyl Phthalate) tested in accordance with army Insert. Manual 136-300-1754, using cold DOP smoke particles. DAFF is guaranteed to be at least 99.97% efficient in removing 0.3 micron.
