INFORMATION

The undersigned City Prosecutor accuses Jesus Spect y

Sia, of ROBERRY WITH HOMICIDE, committed as follows;

That on or about the 22nd day of October 2013, at Brgy.

Lag-asan, Bago City, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction
of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, armed
with a knife or bladed weapon, with force, violence against
and/or intimidation upon the person of VICKY TIM, and with
intent to gain, did then and there, willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously take, rob and carry away two (2) wrist watch and
assorted jewelry worth TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P20,000.00) more or less, Philippine Currency, without her
consent, to the damage and prejudice of the latter.

That by reason or on the occasion of the said robbery

and in order to enable him to perpetrate the said crime, the
above-named accused, did then and there, willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously attack, assault, hit, wound and

stab said VICKY TIM thereby inflicting injuries upon her
which caused her untimely death.
