Dear Amra Mohammed,

Thank you for submitting a proposal(s) to present at NAGC’s 63rd Annual Convention at Walt Disney
World® Resort in Florida from November 3-6, 2016.

We are pleased to inform you that members of NAGC's Networks and National Program Committee
selected your proposal(s) from more than 1100 submissions. We will feature your high-quality
presentation in one of the 250 concurrent sessions plus posters and roundtables.

Please find the appropriate information about your accepted presentation(s) below:

TITLE: How Do Twice-Exceptional Students Balance Academic Demands and Social/Emotional


Needs: Perspectives of Educators
NETWORK: Middle Grades
FORMAT: Poster (this may be different from the format you proposed)

Formats
Concurrent (includes Signature and Sunday sessions): Individual(s) or panels present a one-hour
session during regular concurrent session timeslots. Audio-visual equipment is supplied in meeting
rooms (LCD projector, screen, podium, panel table, microphones and speakers). Individuals must
supply their own computers. Combined Concurrent is a shared session with each topic allotted 30
minutes.

Poster: Individual(s) prepare a visual representation of their topic that is displayed on poster boards
(4 feet tall by 4 feet wide) and present a brief explanation for a minimum of 15 minutes that
summarizes their work. Depending upon the flow of the audience the presenter(s) may need to repeat
this summary and engage in discussion. Poster sessions will take place on Friday and Saturday from
12:00-1:00PM in the Exhibit Hall. Audio-visual equipment is not provided.

Roundtable: Individual(s) prepare a brief presentation for a minimum of 15 minutes that summarizes
their work, followed by a table discussion. Roundtables will take place during regular concurrent
session timeslots in the Exhibit Hall. Audio-visual equipment is not provided.

Both submitters and co-presenters listed in the proposal(s) have been notified of this acceptance. In
April, the day, time and location of the session(s) will be posted on the convention website.
Please notify us whether you will accept or decline this invitation to present by signing the speaker
agreement by May 2, 2016. It is the first task upon login.
