 During the summer period of 2013 i assisted my dear Friend, Captain


Takis Karapanos, design and implement his vision to work on a new
exclusive customer service. Our mutual love for the Sea and Sailing,
had as a result the elaboration, management and implementation of
over than 93-daily cruises with a sum of about a thousand customers
(non Greek tourists) on the 53 feet-long sailboat “S/Y Virgo” in the
area of the Saronic Gulf (Spetses – Hydra), in collaboration with the
“Nouvelles Frontières” Tourist Agency, and Hotels Hapimag,
Barcelo and Club Lena Mary. Some of my roles consisted in supplies
procurement, menu planning, cooking, kitchen maintenance, hosting
