>WM ROH M
Example Input:
Notes:
1. You may enter up to 5 OHD file references on the second line of the input - separated by slashes.
2. Full file suspend (AHL/S) automatically generated after ROH transaction for a single-bag AHL.
3. The system displays automatically following information in the ROH mask after matching transaction
TXF: AHL File Ref / OHD File Ref. / Information in FI
4. The ROH message will be placed automatically in the Match area of the AHL file and in the Match area
of the OHD file.
5. The system sends the message to the OHD station:
a) CRT station - the message to the OHD station:
b) TTY station - the system sends a Teletype TTY message to the station LL printer.
Description: This chapter describes in detail how the matching process works within
the WorldTracer system.
Basic Principles: The matching process is a continuous process of comparing files that
have just been entered into the system with others also just entered
or may have been resident for a time.
File Comparison
TNT entries check Tag numbers of AHL’s, OHD’s, QOH’s and FWD’s
AHL entries check OHD’s and Tag Numbers of FWD’s and QOH’s
Match Elements
The following elements are used in the matching process:
Matching Responses
Match Displays WorldTracer match messages are returned to the AHL station.
Types of Match There are 02 types of Match messages:
Messages
- Tag Number Matches (= TAG MATCH)
Matching Responses
System Matches All matches apart from TNT entries or Tag Matches are defined as
System matches.
Display of Matching
the matching name or the first NM (first 12 characters)
initials (IT)
the matching Tag Number or the first TN
the matching colour/type or the first CT
the matching route (max3) or the first 3 cities in the RT
the matching flight/date or the first FD
Addresses and Brand will be displayed if they exist in both files. Any
addresses (AB, PA, TA) that match in either the AHL or OHD will be
displayed.
Contents will be displayed if it exists in both files.

System Response:
The automatically transaction is only possible for a single AHL/DPR file but is good
for max. 18 tag numbers.
The AHL/DPR reference number has to be placed in the second line of the -FWD-
message! When there is no AHL/DPR number available, please just send the
message in the usual way.
AHL/DPR file reference is included in the FWD displayed as a response to a DFW and
DOF request.

Description this transaction allows you to send a SITA teletype message via the
WorldTracer Management System.
Example Input:
Destination address must be separated by a slash -/-, the maximum are 8 addresses.
The address in the second line, after the full stop (.) is your station address.
When you send a message for another airline, you have to place the signature of the other
airline after your own signature, so this airline will be ‘charged’ for the communication costs.
In the example below AF (Air France) will be charged.

Introduction
WorldTracer Management has an ‘Electronic Mail Filing System’, which will replace all
paper filing system.
WM also replaces the need for teleprinters for most incoming traffic by using the Action
File.
Each WorldTracer Management CRT station within an airline has its own Action File.
An Action File has several areas, similar to ‘queues’ that allows receiving messages from
the system, other departments or airplanes. It will store these messages for up to seven
days. This allows the stations to review/work them any time during that 7 day period.
The Action File also allows WorldTracer Management stations to communicate with
each other using both free from text and standard formatted messages such as
forwarding bags and requesting bags.
