 Rolls-Royce started its journey in India more than 80 years ago with the powering of
the first aircraft for both the Indian Air Force and Indian Navy.
 Today, Rolls-Royce has invested time and resources to build best-in-class supply
chain and excellent engineering capabilities and is deeply embedded in India as an
investor and a high-skills employer with presence across civil and defence
aerospace, marine, nuclear and power systems sectors in India.
 We have our regional head office in New Delhi and business sector support offices
across India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

Our support for charitable contributions and social sponsorships are focused on education

 Muskaan - It is a STEM learning initiative to increase interest and encourage

learning amongst students taking STEM subjects
 Tamana - It is a non-profit voluntary organisation that helps the cause of mentally
challenged, multiply disabled and autistic
 NFBM Jagriti School for Blind Girls - A school that strives for equality of
opportunity for the blind in their education, training and employment
 Agastya International Foundation - A charitable education trust that runs the
world’s largest mobile hands-on science education programme for economically
disadvantaged children and teachers
 Chevening Rolls-Royce Science and Innovation Leadership Programme
(CRISP) - This scholarship is funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and
Rolls-Royce for mid-career top level people in the field of science and innovation -
with links to public policy.
 We also have partnerships with Strategic Manufacturing Skills Council for defence
sector and Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University (RGNAU) for building future
skills and competencies.
