RESOLUTION 2018-031

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CARMEL-BY-THE-SEA CONFIRMING AN


APPOINTMENT TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF A MEMBER OF THE PLANNING
COMMISSION.

WHEREAS, the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea has received with thanks the resignation of
a member of the Planning Commission; and

WHEREAS, that Planning Commissioner’s term will end on September 30, 2018; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor and Mayor pro tem interviewed three candidates to replace
the member and fulfill that member’s unexpired term;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF CARMEL-BY-THE-


SEA DOES:

Nominate and confirm __________ to serve the unexpired term which is now vacant on
the Planning Commissiion with an ending date of September 30, 2018.
