Post-Production Diary 3

Date – 28/11/17

Our final day of editing was spent adding finishing touches and fine details, the most prominent of
which was colour correction. We ensured that each team member was able to contribute towards
this – we intended to ‘correct’ each one of the flashback scenes within our video, hence were able
to delegate individual shots to team members. I found this beneficial in developing my own
experience and ability with the software and am pleased with my contribution to the overall tone
of the production. As seen in the images below, we intended to construct a nostalgic, sentimental
atmosphere, therefore used under-saturated, faded colours.

Overall, I am satisfied that we have been able to work effectively as a team in order to create a
product of the highest possible quality. Throughout post-production, we have been able to
combine skills and assist one another in various parts of the task, hence I feel confident that I have
made a valuable contribution to this aspect of production.
