married, Filipino citizen, with residence and postal address at San Vicente, Tabaco
City, Philippines, NOEMI BRAGAIS-PEREZ, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen,
with residence and postal address at San Vicente, Tabaco City, Philippines, have
made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do MAKE, CONSTITUTE and
APPOINT ARLENE BRAGAIS-DEQUINCO, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen,

hereinafter to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for us and in our name, place
and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

TABACO CADASTRE, SITUATED AT BRGY. SAN VICENTE,
TABACO CITY;

2. TO REPRESENT THE HEREIN PRINCIPALS/GRANTORS IN

CONNECTION WITH ANY TRANSACTION IN THE BUREAU OF
INTERNAL REVENUE (B.I.R), TO SECURE THE TAX
IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (TIN), MORE SPECIFICALLY TO
CAUSE THE PAYMENT OF CAPITAL GAIN TAX AND TO
REPRESENT IN ANY TRANSACTION AT THE DEPARTMENT OF
AGRARIAN REFORM (DAR) CLEARANCE; AND ALSO AT THE
REGISTER OF DEEDS (ROD); AND OTHER TRANSACTION
CONCERNING SAID PARCELS OF LAND AS HEREINMENTIONED;

3. TO SIGN PERTINENT DOCUMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THIS

AUTHORIZATION;

4. TO DO ALL OTHER ACTS TO CARRY OUT THE ABOVE-

MENTIONED TRANSACTION.
