The aim of this guide is to provide an insight to the latest salary ranges for
various positions in Indonesia through a compilation of salaries and job titles
across industries. The salary ranges are indicative of actual transactions between
employers and employees and represent a reflection of the marketplace. The
compiled findings are presented in an easy-to-read format.
Overall, the average salary increment for most of the industries in Indonesia
is about 6 to 12%. The biggest salary increments are expected to come from
employers in the consumer goods, pharmaceutical and oil & gas sectors.
