Introduction:

You would colonize Mars? it is still a dream, it is a utopia. But there are important
personalities who work in that, as Robert Zubrin, Elon Musk, Buzz Aldrin and others.

However, most of these entrepreneurs are entrepreneurs, scientists, astronauts. I had

thought a decision in the near future and I asked myself; Why not founding a political
party for Mars? We know that political decisions and budgetary fluctuate very much
according to the moments that we live and depend on the decisions of the leaders. A
political party with a platform to colonize Mars in the future manages to keep firm ideas of
going to Mars and much support to technological development and to entrepreneurs in a
future next.

Pedro Villanueva in Chile is working toward the development of a Mars Party in the U.S.
His aim is toward the creation of a Martian legal structure that promotes the colonization
initiative, including public, private, educational and cultural research. We must first create
a volunteer staff to work in the future foundation of Mars Party.

The work of the Staff is to study and promote the future project. For those interested must

future Mars Party staff.

Mars would be the second objective for the development of the planet Earth in all respects,
why? Because with a strong economic investment to Mars promotes many jobs directly and
indirectly related to the planet Mars in the economic, technological, scientific and cultural.
A strong link with Mars and in a future colonization can create a sustainable economy for
the Earth.

Platform of the political party.

 Creation of the Agency for the exploration, colonization to Mars and other
organizations related to the red planet that will help develop the economy,
employment in the Earth and boost the economy.
 The creation of laws that promote the initiative private, public, educational and
cultural research with new instrumental exploration of policies and colonization to
Mars. Law of Mars is called as Mars Act.
 To promote the exploration of Mars to study its properties and development of new
materials that may be useful for the Earth.
 To incorporate the theme of the planet Mars in school, education and cultural
awareness in the future.
 Creation of a University for the studies of Mars

Note: To register a Mars Party in other countries or in any country, you must have the
permission or authorization and the presence of the founder, is registered under
intellectual property.

About the vision of the Startups to Mars:

 Develop a flexible risk-Capital tax system to facilitate the colonization to Mars.

 Facilitate the future laws and regulations to initiatives startups to the planet Mars.
 Encourage innovation with support of Governments toward Mars.
