BEETROOT HALWA

Ingredients:
Beetroot grated-1 cup.
Milk- 1& ½ cup.
Sugar- 1& ½ cup.
Ghee- 2 tablespoon.
Procedure to make halwa:
1st step- Grind the grated beetroot and make it into paste.
2nd step-Boil milk in a Non-stick pan, and after milk gets boiled add
beetroot paste to the milk and allow the beetroot to cook in the milk.
3rd step- after the beetroot get boiled and comes to thick consistency
by absorbing the milk, add sugar and stir it without leaving.
