Dear Sir,
We have received your letter dt. 02.05.2017 on the above loan account and I am

to inform you that I have already replied to the Bank of their recall letter dt. 16.03.2017

and vide my request letter dt. 28.03.2017 wherein I have requested to send the details

of/break up of amount not as demanded in their letter but it is regret to inform you that

bank did not comply to that and chosen the way to file the case against me. This is

injustice towards the norms of the lending procedure. You are requested to stress up on

your client M/s HDB Financial Services Ltd. to do the same.

Regarding our Loan/OD Limit Account with Central Bank of India
Dear Sir,

We have received your letter dt. 02.05.2017 on the above subject that the Central

Bank of India has renewed the limits vide their letter dt. 09.03.2017 and the limit is

running within the limit and no indication of NPA as well as recall notice has been sent

from the bank. However, we are contacting with the bank in this regard and if there is

any requirement of funds to deposit in the account the same shall be done as per the

advice of the bank. So therefore, you are requested file the notice in the respective file

and no action should be initiated, otherwise it will be not fair practice on the part of the

bank to un-necessarily harass the client.

I am in a receipt of your letter addressed to S. Avtar Singh Bedi and copy to me

as a guarantor in the case. I am surprised to note that how I stood as guarantor when no

document has been executed by me in this account. So therefore, I denied any liability

on my part. So, you are requested to require from the bank the facts and file the letter

in the respective hands otherwise I have to move to court of law on the cost and

constituency of HDB Financial Services Ltd.
