SAPS play
On Wednesday 21 February, the SAPS
Lebowakgomo/Masemola/Magatle (in green)
hosted Saps Dennilton/Marble hall (in yellow)
in a league match for SAPS Capricorn district
stream B.
The hosting team managed to score two goals
in the early minutes of the first half. The goals
were scored by W/O Mphahlele and Const
Montjane. The visitors scored only one goal
in the first half. This was by Const Sephoto.
The half time score was 2-1 in favour of the
Lebowakgomo/Masemola/Magatle team. In
the second half the hosts managed to score
another three goals by Const Mello and Const
Tsima (2) while Const Sephoto scored one
for the visitors to make the final score 5-2 in
favour of Lebowakgomo/Masemola/Magatle.

Tubatse Chrome Golf Club prize giving


Tubatse Chrome Golf Club hosted their
annual prize giving ceremony on Friday last
week.
The event took place at Tubatse Chrome
Club with players and their families enjoying
the evening together. A host of prizes were
handed out and the league players congratu-
lated for finishing second in the province. The
state of the course was also discussed and
players - old and new - are encouraged to
join the regular games at the Club.
