2. Terms & Conditions:

a. Validity of Quotation: This quotation shall remain valid for 07 days from the date of its
submission thereafter subject to our re-confirmation.
b. Payment Mode:
i. 100% advance with firm order for ready stock equipment. Delivery must be taken
after one month from the date of 100% payment.
c. Delivery period: 02 to 03 weeks For Ready Stock Equipment
d. Cancellation of Order: In case of order cancellation from buyer, MES-PAK reserves the
right to charge stocking fee of 10% of the selling price of respective equipment/item.
e. Inspection & Delivery: At Client’s premises.
f. Availability: Equipment available in stock is subject to prior sale.
g. Warranty
i. Brand New Generators: 12 months or 1000 hours engine service warranty
(excluding parts) for brand new generators. Warranty will be void in case of overloading.
ii. Old Brand New Generators: 06 months or 250 hours engine service warranty
(excluding parts) for old brand new generators. Warranty will be void in case of overloading.
 h. Force Majeure: This offer is subject to standard force majeure conditions.
i. Duty/Tax Devaluation: Prices quoted are with 17% GST and 10% service tax based on
current exchange rate, import duties, and other Government levies as applicable on the date
of quotation. In case there is any upward revision by the Government, any upward fluctuation
in the exchange rates, new rates will apply and selling price accordingly is revised.
j. Transfer of Title: Notwithstanding anything contained herein until the entire contract has
been paid, title to the contracted goods shall remain with Misbah Engineering Services (Pvt)
Ltd. In case of any default in payment terms the seller shall have the right to repossess the
equipment.
