1. What did the group learn from this exercise?

- Our group learned a lot from each other about our different perspective in life, specifically in our different career
paths. We’ve learned about our strengths and weakness in terms of knowing our skills and specialization.

2. Why was it important to identify the groups skill set?

- It is important to identify the group’s skill set to understand everyone’s differences, and can create a link through
our different skills that will serve as the group’s strength.

3. How can the group use the skills and experiences they have on the project or back in the workplace?
- Each one of us has a different skill to the other, with that, we can all learn and adapt each member’s skill and
experience to make sure no one in the group will be left behind throughout our team’s career journey.

4. Are there any noticeable skill gaps? How can they develop these skills or how can they draw on an outside source?

- Of course, there will be skill gaps for not everyone in the group is in the same field, there will always be skill gaps
regarding the job they do and the job others do. Disregarding the field of their jobs, there are not much noticeable skill
gaps to one another, but to develop these skills more is to be able to invest your time on working on yourself, think
about your productivity in terms of everything you do, then reflect on the things that give you a hard time then make
sure to improve on that certain attitude to be able to have better skills.
5. Is there anything that surprised the members of the group? If yes, what was it?

- Yes, there is something that surprised each one of us. As we interviewed one another, we found out that we can do
different things. We are equipped of unique skills that are efficient for our desired career.

6. Did the members of the group learn anything about themselves?

- Yes, for instance, one of us learned that he/she has a good leadership skill and a great listener to his/her members.
We learned that each one of us has chosen different career paths and we all have different skill sets.

7. Following on from the exercise are there any goals they can set to help them progress?
- Setting up high goals is of course one of the best ways in order to improve themselves, setting high goals and
being able to be determined to reach that certain goal. This may lead to pushing yourself against your limit just to
be able to achieve that goal you are trying to do. When you are not able to reach your goal, it's fine, since you
have a high goal meaning you may have had a good output already but just pushing yourself to do better. So
when you fail to achieve it, most likely you have already met the standards of others in your work/product.
