NOTICE OF APPEAL

The accused-appellant MS. MANILYN WALAPULOS, through

counsel, respectfully states that:
1. The 22nd Division of the Court of Appeals promulgated the Decision
on 15 July 2017 affirming the sentence of life imprisonment and
holding the accused Ms. Manilyn Walapulos liable for moral and
exemplary damages of Php500,000.00 and Php100,000, respectively;
2. The decision being adverse to Ms. Manilyn Walapulos , counsel
manifests its intention to appeal the said decision.
3. The appeal is grounded on pure questions of law.
4. The appellate docket fees have been paid as evidenced by the
Official Receipt No.75489.
5. This notice of appeal is filed within the reglementary period.
