Annual Sales
There were no Annual sales for the Company in FY 2013 and FY 2015. Annual sales stood at IQD 1,971.49 miilion in the FY
2014.
Gross Profit
The Company suffers a Gross loss in the FY 2013 mainly due to lack of revenue. The Gross profit for the FY 2014 stood at
IQD 639.86 miilion. There is no Gross profit in FY 2015 .

The Company has suffered Net loss for the FY 2013 and FY 2015 as there was no revenue coupled with continuing

There were no margins for FY 2013 and FY 2015 as there was no revenue during these periods. The Operating margin for
the FY 2014 is 10%.
Profit Margin The Net Profit margin follows the similar trend on the line of Operating margin as there were no revenues earned by the
Subject Company during the FY 2013 and FY 2015. In FY 2014 it stood at 8.50%. The main difference was due to Income
Tax provided by the Company during that period.
There were negative Return on capital employed as there were no revenues earned by the Subject Company for the FY

department, its job is to design, support and apply all the technical
works required for the desired project, also for avoiding any difficulties
appears in the execution phase.
3-Managenet Department:
This department is the in charge of managing all the projects using the
upto- date techniques and a tool, this department owns a specialized
staff also in the projects management and communications with
others relating to the projects.
Activities and Domains of The Company
The co. different kind of activities which in fact form its unique
reputation. These activities can be summarized in the following points:
1. Our company is implementing a bridge and a tunnel oils junction

in Ramadi / Anbar province, and the cost of the final estimates
after changes the design of the tunnel reached (27) billion dinars,
work includes a major bridge length of 450 m with overpasses
transmission vehicle movements from top to bottom and vice
versa with a length of 330 meters, and a tunnel length of 325,
two-lane two-way. The work duration of 900 days had started on
28/10/2010. (Construction of bridges and its facilities)
