SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

BY THIS SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY, I, Muhammad Shoaib Butt having

oversees NIC # 352028-906965-3 son of Nazir Ahmad Butt having CNIC no. 35202-
2884894-1, do hereby appoint my father namely Nazir Ahmad Butt s/o Muhammad Din
Butt as my special Attorney to do the following acts, deeds and things with respect to the
civil suit pending in the Court of Mr. Hidaya ulllah Shah, Civil Judge First Class Lahore
for partition, separate possession and injunction of the immoveable property described as
House No. 9, Street No. 58, Mohammadi Wasan Pura Lahore, Tehsil Lahore, District
Lahore (hereinafter described as the Property)

NOW THIS SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS:

1. To file, institute, prosecute, challenge, defend and contest, legal actions,

proceedings, cases, suits, petitions, appeals, revisions, reviews, execution petitions,
objection petitions, counter-petitions or actions on my behalf and withdraw, compromise,
confess, admit, compound or concede such cases/matters/proceedings of
judgments/orders therein and agree to or to oppose challenge, contest or to make
withdrawals, requests for decrees or other proceedings with respect to the Property.

2. To engage and appoint advocates, solicitors, pleaders, counsels and agents with
respect to the Property.

3. To sign, verify, present, make and execute plaints, complaints, written statements,
replies, affidavits, applications, appeals, reviews, petitions, objections, agreements,
concessions, compromises, withdrawals, opposition to withdrawals or decrees etc.
Petition for leave to defend civil petitions or any other document with respect to Property.

4. To appear pursue conduct, file evidence, tender documents, make statements,

depositions, declarations, assertions, and submission on oath or otherwise with respect to
the Property.

6. To receive originals and copies of any or all documents of whatsoever nature for
and on my behalf and to give receipt thereof with respect to the Property.

7. To make and sign application and to submit and receive originals / duplicates /
certified/attested/verified or other copies to and from any courts of law, tribunals
arbitrators appropriate government departments, local authorities, bodies or any
competent authorities for all / any certificates, licenses, permissions or consents required
by any act, ordinance, order, rules, regulations, statutory instruments bylaws or otherwise
in connection with obtaining possession of development, construction, management or
improvement of the Property.

8. To receive on my behalf from any bank, financial institution or any other

authority, public or private, any/all the Property to which I may be entitled to pursuant to
any judgment, decree or order passed by the competent court of law.

9. And generally to do, execute and perform any other acts, deeds, matters, or things
whatsoever which in the opinion my said attorney ought to be done executed and perform
generally in relation to the Property or any rights, interests or status thereto.

AND I hereby agree that all acts, deeds and things lawfully done by my said attorney
shall be construed as acts, deeds and things done by me and I undertake to ratify and
confirm all and whatsoever that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done for
me by virtue of the power hereby given.
