1. Please be informed that there will be a School Based In-Service Training for teachers in English,
Mathematics, Science, Filipino on May 16-18, 2012 AT 8:00 AM in South II Central School Gym, Suarez,
Iligan City

2. The trainings aim to:


2.1 Enhance capabilities of teachers in teaching different learning areas.
2.2 Revisit the different strategies and approaches in teaching English, Mathematics, Science, and
Filipino to become more effective and efficient teachers
2.3 Trained teachers on new techniques in teaching reading and come up a classroom reading
intervention “Read More Be More…. Learning to Read to Reading to Learn “

3. Punctuality of all participants is highly desired during the 3-day training workshop.

4. Attached to this memorandum is the training matrix, working committees, opening and closing
programs

5. Widest dissemination of this memorandum is hereby desired.

1. In consonance with the Deped thrusts and programs to enhance the teaching strategies of
the teachers and the academic performance of the pupils, there will be a CLASSROOM/SERVICE
ROOMS EVALUATION on January 15-17, 2015.

2. This to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the classrooms teachers in preparing and
updating the different forms and the instructional materials needed in the teaching learning
process based on the NCBTS.

3. Moreover this evaluation will also measure the reading ability of the pupils in the context of
oral reading test specifically among the grade one pupils or even the grade two to six pupils,
since our school is an implementer of the Reading Program “Reading to Learn to Learning to
Read”.

4. Widest dissemination of this memorandum is desire.

1. Pursuant to Deped Order No. 89, s. 2012 activities to support the 2015 Early
Registration for Kindergarten, Grade One pupils and Out of School Children ages 6 to 11
years old on January 24, 2015. There should be at least four (4) registration centers for
elementary.
