1. In consonance with the Deped thrusts and programs to enhance the teaching strategies of
the teachers and the academic performance of the pupils, there will be a CLASSROOM/SERVICE
ROOMS EVALUATION on January 15-17, 2015.
2. This to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the classrooms teachers in preparing and
updating the different forms and the instructional materials needed in the teaching learning
process based on the NCBTS.
3. Moreover this evaluation will also measure the reading ability of the pupils in the context of
oral reading test specifically among the grade one pupils or even the grade two to six pupils,
since our school is an implementer of the Reading Program “Reading to Learn to Learning to
Read”.

1. Pursuant to Deped Order No. 89, s. 2012 activities to support the 2015 Early
Registration for Kindergarten, Grade One pupils and Out of School Children ages 6 to 11
years old on January 24, 2015. There should be at least four (4) registration centers for
elementary.
