Problem Description: Complex XYZ build results in long cycle times. Staging parts in shadow board kits for mechanics will reduce cycle times and ultimately
help increase OTD and reduce Past Dues. Objective: Creation of
Shadowboards is second phase of three step process to begin staging of parts in shadow boards Future Opportunity: This Event will
lead to a kaizen the following week to implement standard work, visual controls, and create shadowboard carts; allowing for project implementation
