Another person (resident, nurse, etc.) will be in the room; 2. The procedure will be modified to be sure there is little tno skin contact; 3. The procedure will be explained in detail with another person in the room for both * the explanation and the procedure. ‘The MSU Police has receivied two new petient complaints whitch post-date these directives. Both individuals allege that you performed the procegure at issue without gloves, without another member of the medical staff in the room, and without providing an explanation of the procedure. The MSU Police has also indicated that you admitted during your initial interview that you have not always complied with the 2014 protocols. This is a serious breach and is rot acceptable, ‘The University hes also received information that you were ‘questioned by the ‘Meridian Township Police in 2004 regarding asimilar pationt complaint, yet you never disclosed this complaint o the University, nor were you truthful when questioned later about prior complaints involving the procedure at issue. This Jack of candor is not acceptable for a practicing physician within the College or MSU HealthTeam. Based on the information provided to me by the MSU Police, including your admission of failure to follow established protocol, we are left with no recourse, but to coasidet immediate termination of your ‘xed term appointment.
