Education is through learning and learning is a continuous process. For one picks up from

what others know and sometimes one learns from one’s own experience. Many times the success

in life comes through learning new skills , knowledge, capabilties and attitudes.

A knowledge of a student, gained from the college instructors. But it is not enough when

only learned by pure imagination. Student needs to learned not just in theories but also in

application. One way of applying the theories is to work into an actual work setting. This will

also help boost ones confidence and competence.

On-The-Job Training created and is part of a college curriculum that aims to train and

orient students about the work and their future career. Thus, it serves as a bridge or a way that

student will be exposed with different work situation desgned to give students an opportunity to

experience and a chance to apply the lessons, the theories and computation that they have

learned from the school. It also helps to obtain applicable knowledge and skills by performing

through a hands-on experience.

For the graduating students On-The-Job Training is important because this will be a

preliminary and the preparation stag that provides opportunity and promoting theirselves.

into an actual experience is working in the field of their profession.

A chance to be in a workplace that serves as a new venue of learning .
