2. What: Alleged Robbery Break-in Incident.

2. Where: Garcia residence, located at Purok 2, Brgy Masalasa, Victoria, Tarlac

3. When: December 26, 2017 between 02:00 AM to 03:00 AM.

Time and Date reported: 12:30 PM of same date

4. Who: Victim: Lea Garcia Lazano, 26 years old, single, teacher, DOB: July 6,
1991, POB: Victoria, Tarlac and a resident of Brgy Masalasa, Victoria, Tarlac,

Suspect/s: Still Unidentified

5. How: Initial investigation conducted and based on the narrative account of the
victim at around 12:00 midnight of December 26, 2017 victim together with her family
decided to go on sleep and at around 05:00 AM of same date, victim was awakened and
notice that the jalousie blades of their window was detached prompting her to check and
discover the following items were missing. Such as One (1) unit of Oppo F3 cellphone
worth of seventeen thousand pesos (Php17,000.00), one (1) unit of Cherry mobile
cellphone worth of four thousand pesos (Php4,500.00), one (1) unit of I phone cellphone
worth of eighteen thousand pesos (Php 18,000.00), one (1) unit of My phone cellphone
worth of four thousand pesos (Php 4,000.00), one (1) unit of Oppo Neo 7 cellphone worth
of eight thousand pesos (Php8,000.00), engagement ring worth of eighteen thousand
pesos (Php 18,000.00), smart bro pocket Wifi worth of one thousand five hundred pesos
(Php1,500.00) and cash amounting to eighteen thousand pesos (Php18,000.00).
Immediately thereof, sought the assistance of Brgy Officials and subsequently reported
before this station. Further investigation disclosed that the unidentified suspect/s arrived
at their house unknowingly by the victim, suspect/s forcibly detached the ten (10) jalousie
blades of their window at western side of the house, did then and there with intent, took
and carted away the aforementioned items. After which, suspect/s fled to unknown
direction together with the stolen valuable items. Furthermore, the residential house have
no iron grills to protect intruders to get in, only a jalousie blades of the windows and noted
also has no perimeter nor barriers of the premises, it is an open area.
