WHEREAS, KALAHI CIDSS-NCDDP Third Call for Proposal Project has already been
implemented in the Municipality of Marihatag, Surigao Del Sur at Barangay Poblacion; Ananito R. Beldia, Jr.

WHEREAS, during the Barangay Council Session, the council approved the final propose
sub-project CONSTRUCTION OF 442-LINEAR METER DRAINAGE CANAL at Barangay Poblacion,
Marihatag, Surigao Del Sur;

WHEREAS, the said Barangay are requested to open a current checking account and the
three are the official signatories of KALAHI CIDSS-NCDDP Third Call for Proposal project of
Barangay Poblacion necessary since the barangay have a proposed sub-project which is the
CONSTRUCTION OF 442-LINEAR METER DRAINAGE CANAL.

WHEREAS, Landbank of the Philippines, Tandag City branch is the official depository
bank;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to authorize three official

signatories, LORENA P. CANCIO-Barangay Treasurer, LINDA D. TOMALON-BSPMC Chairperson
and ERAHJANE CANDA – Area Coordinator of KALAHI-CIDSS NCDDP THIRD CALL FOR PROPOSAL
Project of Barangay Poblacion, Marihatag, Surigao Del Sur, are the official signatories to
transact any official business related to the said project at Land bank of the Philippines, Tandag
Branch, Surigao Del Sur.

RESOLVED, FINALLY, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Manager of Land bank of
the Philippines, Tandag City Branch, Surigao Del Sur; and to all other concerned agencies for
their reference and appropriate action.

ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 8th day of January, 2018 at Barangay Poblacion,
Marihatag, Surigao Del Sur upon motion of Kagawad Ricardo T. Pontillo and duly seconded by
all Kagawads present. Filed as Proposed Resolution (PR) No. 18-07 on January 8, 2018.
