A. Boundary Dispute- The dispute of Belway and Kanggat
appears to be a boundary dispute of Poliwes and Camp 8
barangay also. Before, the Canal was declared as the

through the documents provided by the City Assessors

with the City Mayor.
B. Barangay Reports-As earlier agreed the No report No

as last year. This is necessary for every Committees to do
their duties. In the case of our Barangay Financial Reports,
Kag. Saldaen as the Appropriations Committee
Chairperson, he is tasked to do the SACB and RAC together
with the List of Payables for CY 2017.
C. BAC- Considering the Failed Bidding of the barangay
project of the SK Ground, and the desire to revise the Plan
which was reported late with no revision the barangay
could not implement it for CY 2018 since no one is
designated as Payables Recipient. Meantime, other
measures shall be resorted to be able to make the
implementation possible or accept that the earlier
allocated funds shall be reverted to the 2018 budget.
