Induction:
 Scheduling and conducting the Induction/Orientation Programs for smooth transition of new entrants and
making them familiar with the business & culture. Completing Joining formalities for all new hire.
 Prepare welcome note and circulate to all concerned and introduce the new entrants to all employees.
 Educating the employees about the policies & processes of the company.
 Also ensured increased touch-time with the employees by institutionalizing the process of meeting the new
hires after 30 and 90 days of joining and thus ensuring smooth transition into the new organization.

Training & Development:


 Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly, preparation of training modules,
calendar, organizing training programs, workshops (using both Internal/External resources) for Technical,
Managerial & Behavioural topics.
 Understanding & Conducting the training requirements for employees’ development, managing and
monitoring the performance of multi-skilled work force and conceptualizing need-based training programs to
enhance their efficiency & productivity.
 Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

Compensation Benefits & Payroll:
 To define compensation and benefit policy for the organization by considering overall industry trends,
inflation and economy.
 To participate in compensation survey, determining the relative position of organization on compensation
scale for employee payroll budget estimation and define the payout process.
 Constantly monitor any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount.
 Managing various activities related to compensation management payroll administration and to make all
necessary co-ordination for a smooth and efficient pay roll processing operation (variable compensation,
incentives, expatriates compensation, special payments).
 Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.
 Preparing budgets, conducting headcount and C&B Analysis for recruitments.
 Ensuring statutory compliances like PF, ESI and PT are paid on time.

preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and

 Conducting Employee Surveys / Polls to analyze the results and drive initiatives based on the findings.
 Addressing the grievances of all new joinees to ensure they get a seamless integration into Company's
mainstream.
 Managing the welfare activities, viz. meritorious student schemes, celebrating birthdays, festivals, etc.
 Handling Management of discipline conflict resolution viz. show-cause notices, warnings, employee
grievance, query resolution etc.
