RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. The aim of the Institute is to impart tuition to the students who are appearing for the examinations conducted by the
authorised boards / universities.
2. It is mandatory for the students to appear for all tests and seminars conducted by the Institute. Absentees are
penalized at the discretion of the management.
3. The student should follow the code of conduct stipulated by the Institute and maintain the decencies and discipline.
4. The student should follow the guide lines given by the instructors / lectures / professors and should complete the
home work given by them as per their guide lines.
5. Indiscipline and indecent students will be suspended immediately thereafter if the same attitude continuous he will
be permanently removed from the Institute after notice. And no fee will be refunded.
6. If the student desires to discontinue in the middle of the semester he / she should pay fee per entire semester.
7. For any reason if the student wants to discontinue the studies he can do so with prior intimation with valid reasons
both by student and his / her parents / guardian, the person who is authorised at the time of his / her admission.
8. The Institute will respond to the parents or guardian / the person who is author ised at the time of admission, for
enquiring / matter relating to the student.
9. Admission fee fixed by the Institute shall be payable at once at the time of admission and it is not refundable /
transferable for any reason.
10 The course fee should be payable at the time of commencement of course at once in one lumpsum or in instalments
as per fee scheduled supplied to the student along with the application.
11.If the student fail to pay the course fees as stipulated his / her name will be str uck of with in 15 days from the due date.
12.Course fee paid is neither refundable nor transferable. Provided for valid reason considerable by the management. If
the student is not able to attend the classes from the beginning he / she is entitled to refund of only 50% of course fee
paid, for the particular semester with in 70 days from the date of communication of his / her inability in writing with
supporting documents.
13.Fees fixed is subjected to v ariation in circumstances and also change of syllabus and method of coaching.
14.The Institute is not concerned with examination fees and students are liable to pay the said examination fee as fixed
by the concerned boards / universities with expenses.
15.Students are liable to pay ID card fee and stationary fee separately as intimated by the Institute from time to time .
16.The Institute will reserves its right to change or modify its rules and regulations from time to time as and when it
requires.
Disputes are subjected to Bangalore Jurisdiction.
