PRC Licensure Examination Application Requirements &

Procedures
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
1.) Original & photocopy of transcript of records w/ complete date of graduation, S.O. number, scanned
picture & w/ remarks: “for board examination purposes only”.
2.) Original & photocopy of birth certificate (& marriage certificate for married females) issued by the NSO.
3.) Current community tax certificate.
4.) Three (3) copies recent passport size colored picture, white background w/ complete name tag.
5.) Examination fee of nine hundred pesos (P900.00) for baccalaureate degree and six hundred pesos
(P600.00) for non-baccalaureate degree.
6.) Original and photocopy of birth certificate and marriage contract from the Local Civil Registrar (LCR) if
NSO copy is not legible

FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNERS:


1) Certification of Good Moral character
· Masteral degree in environmental planning or its equivalent acceptable to the Board
· Bachelor’s degree in environmental planning or its equivalent and with two (2) years of environmental
planning experience certified by a registered environmental planner
· Masteral degree in architecture, civil eng’g., economics, public administration, or sociology and with one
(1) year of environmental planning experience certified by a registered environmental planner
· Bachelor’s degree in either architecture, civil eng’g., economics, public administration, or sociology and
with two (2) years of environmental planning experience certified by a registered environmental planner

Welcome to the PRC ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM. Your use of this system means that
you agree with the terms and conditions as defined below. The PRC may update or modify
the TOS from time to time without notifying to you, therefore, your continued use of the
Service after such modification will constitute your acceptance.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The aim of this Service is to expedite the payment of applicants for licensure examination,
registration and renewal of licenses.

PRIVACY

The information gathered from this site will be treated as highly confidential. The PRC may
use your contact information in order to send e-mail or other communications regarding
your status or updates about this service. We may also use your data for statistics,
summaries, research and studies for development of new markets and standards.

SECURITY POLICY

Security Systems

PRC deploys intrusion detection systems, firewalls, encryption systems such as 256-bit
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and other internal controls which are meant to safeguard,
physically and logically, all our servers and information systems, including the data stored in
these systems. Furthermore, it has an in house Database Management and Network
Management Division that secures the maintenance of the whole facility.

Website Authentication

PRC Online Payment System is secure; Digital Certificates are installed and running. The
browser address bar in Green authenticates that surfing on this site is secure.

Email

Online payment transactions will generate a corresponding email which will be sent to the
applicants’ personal email address. PRC encourages applicants to continually check and
verify their email to assure that all payment transactions are in order.

Password Protection

All applicants visiting the PRC Online Payment System pass through the Log-in
authentication process. You are advised to keep your password confidential at all times by
not writing or divulging it to anyone. Change password frequently, or change it immediately
once the password has been compromised. The system has a lock-out policy for accounts
that reach the maximum failed attempts.

AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE

While PRC Online Payment System is available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7)
days a week, service may not be available at certain times due to designated service
periods, maintenance, computer, telecommunication, electrical or network failure and/or any
other reasons beyond the control of PRC .

REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

In consideration of your use of this Service, you agree to: (a) provide true and complete
information about yourself as prompted in the Information Sheet Form and (b) maintain and
promptly update the work information to keep it true and complete.

Registrants agree NOT to do any of the following purposes which are expressly prohibited:

Posting incomplete, untrue or inaccurate information;

Deleting or revising any information posted by any other person or entity;

Disclosing to or sharing own password with any third parties or using own password for any
unauthorized purpose;
Printing, downloading, duplicating or copying and using any personally identifiable
information about other users;

Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your


affiliation with a person or entity;

Violating or attempting to violate the security of this site, including accessing data not
intended for them or logging into a server or account which they are not authorized to
access, probing or testing the vulnerability of a system or network, attempting to interfere
with service to any user, host or network. Violations of this security may result in civil or
criminal liability.

Using this site in order to transmit, distribute or store materials in violation of any applicable
law or regulation, or in any matter that will infringe the copyright.

Using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper
working of any activity being conducted on this site.

A non-refundable service charge of Php 45.00 will be added from the original fee upon
using the PRC Online Payment.

PASSWORD USAGE

Completing the sign-up form is mandatory in order to create your own User ID and
Password. The email address you will provide will also serve as your User ID. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully
responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a)
immediately notify the PRC of any unauthorized use of your Password or account or any
other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each
session.

It is your responsibility to ensure that only you have access to your information by keeping
your User ID and Password secured. As such, you subscribe the following:

I agree not to let anyone know my Password.

I agree to assume full responsibility for all transactions made in my account through the use
of my User ID and Password. It is understood that the Password is known only to me and
as such, any transaction effected using my Password shall be conversely presumed to be
done by me or authorized by me.
I further agree to undertake to change my Password from time to time as I deem necessary
and should I feel that my Password has been compromised, I shall immediately change my
Password through the PRC Online Payment System Password Facility.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Registrants acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for the content of and
accuracy of the information placed by them in this site. The PRC does not represent or
guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of any information posted by the
registrants. The PRC however reserves the right to the following:

Request the applicants to submit the hardcopy of PRC registration requirements in order to
verify the authenticity of the posted information in case the applicants are pre-qualified by
the PRC.

Remove any information which is abusive, illegal or disruptive.(paragraph previously under


Registration Obligations)

The PRC does not warrant that this site will operate error-free or that its server is free of
computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms. The web site content are provided on an
"AS-IS" basis without any warranties of any kind. PRC, to the fullest extent permitted by
law, disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranty of
merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and non-infringement. PRC makes no
warranties about the accuracy, reliability,completeness, or timeliness of the web site
content, services, software, text, graphics, and links.(paragraph previously under Security

You acknowledge and agree that PRC may preserve Content and may also disclose
Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith believes that such preservation or
disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the Terms
and Conditions; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or
(d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the PRC, its users, and the public.

FORFEITURE OF FEES

In the event that the examination applicant fails to comply with all the requirements during
the prescribed period of application, the examination/application fee payment can still be
usedONLY until the next examination schedule.

Processing and payment of application should be made on or before the deadline. No


application shall be accerpted after the deadline.

Non-appearance during examination shall mean forfeiture of payment


VIOLATIONS

In any case of any fraudulent, misdeclaration of the applicant in the use of these Service,
the PRC may expel the applicant and prevent his/her further access to the PRC's site, at
any time for breaching the terms and conditions of this Service or for violating the applicable
laws.

I HEREBY AGREE TO BE GOVERNED BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PRC


ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM AGREEMENT. I HEREBY ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE TO

 College Diploma
 Valid NBI Clearance (First Timers & Repeaters)
 One (1)Certificate of Good Moral Character from any of the following:
 1. Barangay
 2. Church
 3. School
 4. Employer
 OJT Certificate or in Service-Training signed by the applicant's immediate
supervisor
 Certificate of Professional Civil Service Eligibility (for incumbent
government planners only).
 Payment: P900.00
 1.Graduate degree in Environmental Planning, Urban and Regional
Planning, City Planning, Town and Country Planning and/or Human
Settlements Planning.
 2.Post-graduate Diploma in Environmental Planning, Urban and Regional
Planning, City Planning, Town and Country Planning and/or Human
Settlements Planning with at least one (1) year on-the-job training, as
required under R.A. No. 10587.
 3.Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Urban and Regional
Planning, City Planning Town and Country Planning and/or Human
Settlements Planning, or it's equivalent, and with two (2) year on-the-job
training, as required under R.A. No. 10587.
 4.Master's or Doctorate Degree in either Architecture, Engineering,
Ecology, Economics, Geography, Geology, Social Science, Environmental
Management, Natural Resources Planning, or other related disciplines
acceptable to the Board, and with five (5) years of on-the-job
training.Applicable only until June 21, 2018. The on-the-job training
required in this Section shall be undertaken under the supervision of the
applicant's immediate supervisor, in an agency or organization engaged or
involved in environmental planning functions or programs, as may be
determined by the Board.
 5. A Bachelor's Degree in either Architecture, Engineering, Economics,
Public Administration, Law, Social Work and Community Development or
Sociology or other related disciplines acceptable to the Board, and with five
(5) years of 0n-the-job training. Applicable only until June 21, 2018. The on-
the-job training required in this Section shall be undertaken under the
supervision of the applicant's immediate supervisor, in an agency or
organization engaged or involved in environmental planning functions or
programs, as may be determined by the Board.
 *Foreign citizens applying for the licensure examination shall submit the
following documents:
 >Copy of the pertinent provision/s of the foreign law or international
agreement on the reciprocity for the practice of environmental planning;
 >Certificate of Live Birth, Marriage Contract for married female applicants;
 >College Diploma and Transcript of Records, and Certificate of Equivalency
issued by the CHED, in case the degree is obtained abroad; and
 >Certificate of Good Moral from any of the following: Bgy., Church, School,
or Employer. All documents issued/executed abroad shall be
duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/Consulate stationed in such
foreign country, accompanied with the official English translation thereof,
whenever applicable
