BEATRIZ B. LABANG, Filipinos, all of legal age, widower and single respectively and are
residents of Barangay Paglaum, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur, do hereby name, constitute
and appoint ALMA T. ROJAS, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Barangay
Paglaum, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur, to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for us and

for and in our behalf, an Electronic Certification
Authorizing Registration (E-CAR), at the Bureau of
Internal Revenue Office, Pagadian City;
2. To sign all pertinent documents relative to the powers

authority whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as
