We discussed the progress and we discussed that its good to see how the company goes in terms of

leadership
We discussed that Yoel will have a one on one conversation with each employee and discuss all the
expectatons and the measurables how we will measure the success of the company inorder to be able
to put it in a concrete measure not to just see a ph
it should be 5 measurables how we will rate the success of the employees and to be discussed in an
assertive matter and if things dont get in placed the wau we expect, it should be openly discussed
and Eli will continue looking for new candidates fornew designer
