outline cost for your brief.

(An image ‘usage fee’ may be charged on top where images are required for advertising and promotional
purposes)

Expenses

 UK Travel ~ 45p per mile. International travel ~ charged at cost + 15% booking fee.

 Models / studio hire / make-up / specialist equipment/ props, etc ~ charged at cost.

 Digital delivery via cloud transfer included, USB sticks charged at cost.

General Terms

 Copyright of all images remains the property of Ben Evans unless otherwise arranged.

 Fees for advertising and similar promotional image use may be considerably higher than the daily
rate quoted above, depending on the scale of the campaign and where and how the images will be
used.

 Registered as sole trader so VAT is not applicable.

 Payment terms ~ Strictly 14 days from date of invoice then + £5 per day outstanding.

Corporate portraiture

1 hour for setup (15 min and photography (45 min) for £150. Advanced retouching (£70) = £220

Events photography

Half day (£400) + 2 hours of Videography (£230) + 1 hour video editing (£70) = £700
