hands / “Alicia” on left arm, “AZ”/ red lips/ “Adrian Benitez” on chest. Is a cook,
when employed. Presently unemployed. Associated with brown 4dr Ford Taurus
with dark tinted windows and chrome rims. The vehicle is registered to MONTOYA-
RODRIGUEZ. Contacted 06/29/09. He was stopped in traffic for tinted windows.
Said that he had a girlfriend and kids but that he was Brown Pride for life.

INFORMATION:
 (TPD/Gangs: Detective D. Miller) Follow-up on the Candy Store homicide:
CHRISEAN CHARLES, his white Impala, and his girlfriend JENNIFER EVELINA
were located in Wichita Falls, TX. A warrant was served on their vehicle. She’s
currently in jail there for hindering prosecution. CHRISEAN is going to remain there
for some time so that Western Hills gang members don’t try killing him.
 (DOC/Parole: R. Havens) There is going to be a Victory Outreach concert / meeting
on August 15th, this Saturday, at the Expo Center on 3750 E Irvington starting at
6pm. They have a former Mexican Mafia member from California as a guest
speaker. It is mostly certain that our friends from Good Fellows will be there to
support this.

Parole. She may be sitting in my stead if I am not available.

NOTES:
 (AZDPS/GIITEM: Det. S. Vildusea) A caller, staying at 342 E Delta Road, called in
about apartments #! and #2.
Says there is a guy staying in apartment #1 that is all sleeved out. Caller
believes the guy’s name is JESUS ANGEL RODRIGUEZ and that he is about 26yoa.
Says the guy goes out the back door to sell drugs at night. Apparently, he has a
warrant for Child Support and he runs out the back door whenever he sees Police in
the area.
In apartment #2, a 40yoa UDA male named MARTIN RIVERA may be bringing in
UDA’s from Naco. About fifty guys at a time hang out at the apartment. RIVERA is
wanted for a stolen vehicle and he gives drugs to kids in the street. He has been
deported before.
The caller was very frightened to make the phone call. She just wanted
everybody to know about the apartment complex.
(AZDPS/GIITEM: Det. S. Vildusea) In the Casa Grande area, there is a big
growth surge of White Pride / White Power. The Aryan Brotherhood is hitting up the
area and it is possible that the HA’s are connected with this business too.
There are a couple of AB’s locked up in Florence who believe that they are
running the White Supremacist group in Casa Grande.
Last Friday, there was a big fight in Casa Grande where a kid was beaten
severely enough for Attempted Homicide charges to be filed.
 (ADJC/Parole: E. Luster) Following-up on my client ANDREW WAYNE McDANIEL,
who is currently absconded, he is 15yoa, dob:08/05/94. In interviewing his Father
yesterday, he informed me of a possible home invasion that occurred at his parent’s
house on 7328 N Cherokee Pony Trail. According to his Father, the invaders went in
knowing about several weapons that he kept in his shed. They pistol whipped
several family members, took money, and left. The Father thinks his son may have
had something to do with it. Said he is hanging out with a cousin of his. The Father
didn’t know the cousin only to say that he goes by the name “ROMEO” and lives at
426 W Alaska.

 Gun. Suspect DANIEL A. MAY (dob:12/25/90, East Side Posse Blood gang
member) was charged with Prohibited Possessor and Theft of a Weapon
Victim GERARDO QUIROZ (dob:08/01/91) said he was walking near N Stone
Avenue / E Yavapai Road when MAY whistled at him and called him across the
street. May has had prior confrontations with a friend of QUIROZ’s. When QUIROZ
crossed the street, MAY pulled a pistol from his waistband. QUIROZ said MAY did
not threaten him or point the gun at him but just held it while they talked. QUIROZ
walked back across the street. MAY and his companion, JOSEPH EMERSON
(15yoa, East Side Poss Blood member), walked away.
Officers located MAY, on 216 E Prince, wearing a backpack. Officers looked in
the backpack, found a pistol that had been reported stolen reference PCSO Inc#
021227226. MAY said that a kid he has kicked it with in the past came up, gave him
the backpack but he did not know there was a gun in it. He also did not know the
kid’s name. Said he was recently convicted of a cocaine charge but did not know
the conviction date. Said he missed his sentencing hearing. There was a Felony
warrant for him for Failure to Appear on Sentencing for the charge of Possession of
Narcotic Drugs.

on 6280 S Campbell regarding a Fight in the parking lot. Victim ADRIAN “Shorty”
GALLEGOS (dob:04/14/87, Sur Trece) got into a fight with PAUL ANGEL VASQUEZ
(dob:08/24/81, Little Hills, El Puente, CA). GALLEGOS was stabbed about six times
in the neck and the armpit, and he was eviscerated twice.
GALLEGOS was in prison for selling crack. While in DOC, his girlfriend
NATALIA FELIX hooked up with VASQUEZ. GALLEGOS got out of prison, found out
about VASQUEZ.
VASQUEZ was at home drunk when he called NATALIA on the phone about forty
times. He convinced her to come over, then got into a physical confrontation with
her. She left but returned with GALLEGOS, JORGE TELLEZ (dob:09/20/90), and
STEVE GALLEGOS (dob:04/07/86). VASQUEZ hit NATALIA causing ADRIAN,
STEVE, and JORGE to jump him. The fight ensued, VASQUEZ produced a knife,
and stabbed ADRIAN several times.
ADRIAN was taken to Kino and then transferred to UMC. VASQUEZ was
booked for two counts of Aggravated Assault. ADRIAN does not want to prosecute.
VASQUEZ lives in apartment #46103 with GILBERT McGUIRE (dob:05/11/82,
Little Hills, El Puente, CA). McGUIRE had a PCSO Felony warrant for Aggravated
Assault.
VASQUEZ will be getting out of jail, probably today. There is the possibility that
some kind of retaliation will occur at 6280 S Campbell as a result of all this.

 initially said that victim ARTURO RUIZ (dob:05/23/91, Manzanita Lynch Mob Crip)
came to the house after having been shot for which he (DANIEL) had called Police.
After being interviewed, it was discovered that they had been walking South in
the wash, that is West of 1620 W Gaffer. There is a bunch of “Sur Trece” tagging in
that area of the wash. As they were walked, they smelled fresh paint, saw that
somebody had sprayed red over the “Sur Trece”, then heard somebody firing on
them. They couldn’t see who was shooting.
There were reports of 10-12 gunshots. ARTURO was hit. DANIEL helped him
back to the house and then called Police.

with Detective CASSEL, went to the 1300 block of West Sonora regarding Shots
Fired.
Suspect MARTIN VERDUGO (dob:02/22/89, Barrio Hollywood) has been having
an ongoing problem with ROSENDO MUÑOZ (dob:02/05/89), who lives across the
street, involving a girl.
ROSENDO’s house has been shot at and it has been burglarized. On this
particular evening, ROSENDO and thirteen of his family members were outside
cleaning the yard. A ten year old was on the roof hanging up icicle lights. MARTIN,
his girlfriend, his kids, and his friend RAMON were outside across the street.
ROSENDO was in the roadway speaking to JOSE SALAZAR, who had been
passing by. MARTIN doesn’t like JOSE. When RAMON saw JOSE speaking with
ROSENDO, he confronted him. MARTIN came out, intervened, and yelled some at
ROSENDO. He went back into his yard, got a gun, fired the gun into the air 1-3
times.
When Officers arrived, they detained all involved parties. They obtained consent
to enter MARTIN’S home. Once in the house, Officers saw some weapons and
narcotics so they stepped back out. A warrant was served on the house. About four
guns, lot a ammnunition, a little bit of crack cocaine, some unknown powder
substance, and little bags of marijuana. Some of the guns were loaded.
MARTIN was charged with firing a gun into the air. Child Endangerment charges
are being considered.

regarding a Stabbing, victim JOHNTAY RANSOM (dob:05/24/84, address:3181 E
Monte Vista Drive) lives with his brother JAQUAN RANSOM, MIMI INEZ, and
EVERETT EVANS. They were kicking back at the house, drinking. JOHNTAY’S
friend MATTHEW COX (dob:11/03/78), the suspect, arrives. Everything is going
well, they’re all hanging out, drinking.
Then, JOHNTAY and MATTHEW leave. 30-40 minutes later, JOHNTAY returns,
banging on the door saying that MATTHEW had stabbed him. He was stabbed
6-7 times. He was taken to UMC.

 When T1 Officers arrived at the house, everybody was uncooperative in
giving account of what occurred. Apparently, MATTHEW had gotten into some
kind of argument earlier in the day. After drinking some, he became hostile and
ended up stabbing JOHNTAY. They don’t know any reason why the two would
have gotten confrontational with one another. They had been good friends for a
long time. As of Thursday, JON TAY was still unable to speak.
COX is an Indian or Black male, associated to a white Ford F-250 Truck,
and lives at 4636 E 19th Street. (TPD/G-TAC: Sgt. M. Nisbet) MATTHEW COX
is a 4th Avenue Crip who still has a bullet in his head from a previous incident.
(TPD/Gangs: Detective L. Contreras) We are going back to trial on
VLADIMAR SOZA on the 24th. The County Attorney is looking for COX to serve
him with subpoena to testify on the Bunny Ranch murder case. (TPD/Gangs:
Detective M. Bracamonte) The family says that COX has been bragging lately
about just stabbing people. We are not aware of any other stabbing cases
coming through with COX as the suspect. (TPD/G-TAC: Sgt. M. Nisbet) T1 has
some unsolved stabbings done by a Black male.
