regarding Possession of Prohibited Weapons. Had hatchet man insignia on his tee
shirt, truck, sun visor, key chains, and tattoos. Had a replica BB gun under the seat
and a set of black nun-chuks that were concealed but readily available.

Monte Vista Drive. He was stabbed. When asked, said he was a Crip. He tried to

Suspect is MATTHEW COX but the victim, JOHNTAY, is very uncooperative, refusing
to give a statement and refusing to press charges.

6280 S Campbell Avenue regarding Aggravated Assault / Stabbing. Got into physical
altercation with victim ADRIAN GALLEGOS, over a girl. Produced a knife and
stabbed victim numerous times. Victim suffered life threatening injures but does not
want to prosecute. Admitted to being a member of Lil’ Hills since age of 14

6280 S Campbell Avenue regarding Aggravated Assault. Friend of PAUL VASQUEZ
who was arrested for stabbing ADRIAN GALLEGOS. Admitted to being a “Lil Hills”
gang member out of El Puente, CA. He is heavily tatted with gang related tattoos.

Avenue / W Wyoming Street regarding CCW. Had gun concealed under his seat.
Said he no longer claims Sur Trece.

Claims: South Side Crips
Misc.: I, M, 508, 250, long black ponytail, black eyes, hair under lower lip, stained
teeth, heavy build, blue Nike tee shirt, blue shorts, blue Nike shoes. Tattoos: “S” on
left and right wrists, “Bilby” on right bicept, “White” on left forearm, “C-Blu” on upper
back. Associated with wife VERNA PRESTON. Contacted 07/27/09 in the County
Jail, where he is in custody. He was stopped in Traffic and found to not have a
Driver’s License nor insurance. Said he was beat into the gang “forever ago”. His
boys were all Crips, along with most of his family, who live in Phoenix, AZ. He’s
banged Crips since he was in Desert View High School. When asked what would
happen if another gang member from a separate gang caught him in their hood, he
said they would just “check me. No one is really beefing right now.” He has a two
year old and two month old children.

DOB: 05/05/80
Address: 437 E Blacklidge Drive
Claims: Hell’s Angels
Misc.: W, M, 602, 290, thick short brown hair, brown, sideburns, spaces between his
teeth, heavy build, black leather vest with “Prospect” in red lettering on the front, red
bandana in back pocket of black Levi jeans. Tattoos: flames on side of neck by ears,
and nondescript tattoos on both arms. Associated with a black-red 2007 Harley
Davidson motorcycle. Contacted 07/05/09 at milepost 228 on East bound I-10.
Stopped with a Hell’s Angels member who was contacted for an unsafe lane change.
CALVRLEY’S vest has a rocker on back that said “Tucons”. The numbers “520”
were in red on the chain housing of his motorcycle. He was armed with a .38
revolver and a large knife. He was cooperative but declined having a photograph
taken. The HA member he was with was fully patched. There was a third subject
who was not identified and not involved in the stop.
 McKAY, ROBERT SPENCE (AZPDS/GIITEM: Det. S. Vildusea)

Address: 47 S 6th Avenue, Black Rose Tattoo Shop
Claims: Hell’s Angels
Misc.: W, M, 601, 225, gray, blue, beard, heavy build, fully patched Hell’s Angel vest
with “Vice President” patch. Associated with black 1994 Harley Davidson
motorcycleContacted 07/05/09 at 1650 hours on East bound I-10, at milepost 228.
He was uncooperative. Continued to say, “Fuck you” throughout contact. Began to
close the distance during the stop in an aggressive manner. Officer pulled his taser
to get him to stop. He continued name calling saying that he wanted to be tased.
He was traveling with two other bikers.

INFORMATION:
 (TPD/Gangs: Det. D. Miller) ANDRE COPELAND was taken into custody for the
shooting that occurred at the Candy Store. He is in jail, without bond, for First
Degree Murder.
T4 Bikes Unit had information that he might have been hanging around Lake

 Side Park. They checked the area and couldn’t find him. As they were on their way
to another location, they saw him walking down the street.
He was in possession of a Police scanner and a couple cell phones. After the
shooting occurred, he’s been basically homeless, sleeping under bushes.
 (TPD/Gangs: Det. L. Contreras) Sentencing as was held on JESUS GARCIA, for
the 10/13/08 Circle K homicide. He received 25 – Life. He received an additional
five years for Prohibited Possessor.
 (AZDPS/GIITEM: Det. S. Vildusea) Recently received a call to the office, from ALSA
ALEGRIA, regarding the homicide of FRANCISCO AGUILAR that occurred in the
area of TIA in 2003. CODY MARTINEZ (Sur Trece) received a Life sentence and
JONATHAN MONTAÑO was sentenced 25-Life for that incident.
PRISCILLA GUERRO (address:414 E Michigan) and a guy that lives behind her,
JOSH CARPEÑO, are talking about or have been hearing talk about retaliation
against MICHAEL LOPEZ because he testified against MARTINEZ and MONTAÑO.
(TPD/Gangs: Det. M. Cassel) This case was worked by Detective J. Shultz.
(AZDPS/GIITEM: Det. S. Vildusea) LOPEZ is due to be released on 03/10/10.
The caller said she learned this information from her Uncle JOE ALEGRIA.
 (AZDPS/GIITEM: Det. S. Vildusea) Last week, Tuesday night, August 11th, some of
the Outlaw Motorcycle gang members were hanging out at the Buffalo Wild Wings
on Irvington. Present were six Hell’s Angels, some prospects, Vietnam Vets, Legacy
Vets, Loaners, and the Huns.
Believe the business holds a “Bike Night” about once a month or so.
 (AZDPS/GIITEM: Det. S. Vildusea) Also received information that HA has been
hanging out at the Bashful Bandit the last three Sunday nights between 2000 and
2200 hours. When they leave, they drive the side streets, trying to avoid any contact
with law enforcement.
 (AZDPS/GIITEM: Det. S. Vildusea) “KTO” (“Kings Taking Over”) is being tagged.
 (APO/Probation, A. Silva) CARLOS JOSEPH McGEE escaped from work furlough
last Monday. By Friday morning, TPD had arrested him on several drug sales
charges. He is back in custody.
His brother, JOE RICHARD VEGA, is still on probation. He moved, within the
last couple weeks, from the E Valencia Road / S Swan Road area to 3042 E Kaibab
Vista. Both of them claim Barrio Vista.

NOTES:
 (TPD/Gangs: Sgt. F. Hand) Talked to CHRISTIAN BRACAMONTE the other night
on the telephone for about 10-15 minutes. GTAC was looking for him regarding a
homicide investigation. Also spoke with his Mom. He mentioned your name, Adriana
Silva, which I recognized from here. (APO/Probation, A. Silva) CHRISTIAN
BRACAMONTE is presently an absconder. He has family living in the Vistas, his

 Grandmother lives on 1925 E Duval Vista, and Mom lives on Vera Cruz Vista.
Presently, he is out on warrant.
 (TPD/Gangs: Sgt. F. Hand) Lt. P. Sayre called asking for GTAC to help out in the
area of Amphi HS this week for a crime suppression initiative. Told him that GTAC
would be available. (TPD/T2: Sgt. B. Tribolet) I am doing the initiative in T2
beginning today. It is scheduled to last nine days, the strategy being a saturation of
the area. Bikes will have it during the day, we have it from 1400-2400, and Bravo
will supplement us. My briefing on it is today at 1800 hours, the boundaries will be
discussed but it is basically the area of N Stone Avenue / E Yavapai Road. Targeted
Response Unit is going to be invited to participate as well.

CASES:
 (TPD/Gangs: Det. G. Diaz) Reference TPD Inc# 0908070034, last week, ARTURO
RUIZ (Manzanita Lynch Mob) and his friend DANIEL SAKIESTEWA (Sur Trece)
were walking back from a friend’s house, cutting through the alley in the area West
of 1600 W Gaffer Place. Gunfire rang out, RUIZ was shot. Other residents, in the
area, reported hearing a lot of gunfire. RUIZ will survive his injuries. He claims he
didn’t see who did it.
Indications are that the shooting may be the beginning of another Manzanita
Lynch Mob Crip vs. Midvale Park Bloods situation, like we had a couple years ago.
RUIZ was one of the people of interest in the OBED ENCINAS murder that occurred
in November of 2007 in Midvale Park.
This shooting could possibly be retaliation for that murder or it could be
aggression towards RUIZ because he is a Crip member living in Midvale Park. If
anybody has any information regarding this shooting, has spoken to anybody who is
talking about this shooting or has heard talk of this shooting, please call me at 351-
4452
 (TPD/Gangs: Det. M. Cassel) Reference TPD Inc# 0908150889, a Friday night
Traffic Stop by GTAC Officers on S 12th Avenue / W Wyoming Street, contact was
made with the driver who identified himself as MATTHEW McCONAUGHEY. He
was eventually actually identified as ANDREW M. MACINTOSH (dob:04/24/90). An
outstanding warrant was found on him, for Prohibited Possessor in Possession of a
Firearm. Officers also found a .22 caliber Raven pistol underneath his seat. He
admitted that it was his, that he had purchased it about two weeks prior for $90. The
gun jammed every time firing it was attempted. The gun was stolen property from 6
years ago.
After being interviewed, it was discovered that the warrant should have been for
CCW, Failure to Appear. He is not prohibited. He will be signing for another CCW
arrest as a result of this contact. Said that he used to be a member of Sur Trece.
He does have gang related tattoos but says he no longer claims.

 (TPD/Gangs: Det. M. Cassel) Reference TPD Inc# 0908100010, Officers
responded to 3915 N Campbell #4-98. JACQUELYN CASTRO and her parents
were home 0020 hours when ex-boyfriend RENE VERGARA (dob:11/06/90) arrives
with female friend. He has been causing CASTRO problems for several months,
stalking her, but per DV guidelines it is not a DV situation.
The female knocks on the door, says she needs to talk to JACQUELYN. When
the door is opened, VERAGA rushes in carrying a gun, that turns out to be plastic.
He orders everyone into the living room, takes their cell phones, gets the keys to
their van, and tells JACQUELYN to get a week’s worth of clothing. While she’s
gone, her Father takes the plastic gun away from VERGARA. VERGARA grabs a
knife, threatens Mr. CASTRO with it, and Mr. CASTRO uses a caulking gun to hit
VERAGA on the head, knocking him out. The female picked up the plastic gun and
ran away.
When VERAGA awoke, he was interviewed. He admitted to going to the
CASTRO house but said it was so that he could be jumped into a gang. He claims
that he is a member of a new gang called Primero Uno in the E Prince
Road / N 1st Avenue area. He was arrested for multiple counts of Aggravated Assault
and Kidnapping. The case will be issued today.
 (APO/West - IPS: M. Echavarry) Reference TPD Inc# 0908160765, Sunday night,
went to visit a probationer on 3500 E Monte Vista. After he got off work from
Simoniz on Saturday night, he went to check his mailbox and a dark Ford Crown
Victoria, or possibly a Lincoln Towncar, pulled up to him. It was occupied by a
Hispanic driver and two Black passengers. They jumped out. The backseat
passenger hit my probationer with a Hennessey bottle causing him facial and
shoulder lacerations. He was pushed to the ground. He believes he was pistol
whipped because he heard one subject say, “Put the gun down.” Before the
suspects left, they said, “This is Blood country slob.”
My probationer said the suspects were in their mid-twenties. Last that he saw
them, they were West bound, on Monte Vista, past Palo Verde.
The Emergency Room doctor said that the contusions my probationer received to
his head were consistent with blunt force trauma which possibly could have been the
result of a pistol whipping.
TMC initiated the Police report. My probationer is out of the hospital now and
recovering.

