Torque table

Torque procedure for flanges

The torque loads are in Nm and are based on suitable lubricants on stud threads and nut bearing faces.
Recommended is Molybenum di-sulphide or Nickel powder anti-seize compounds.

The torque load is to be applied in a four stage tightening method:

1. Torque the bolts at 30% of the final load in the appropriate bolt pattern.
2. Torque the bolts at 60% of the final load
3. Torque the bolts at 100% of the final load
4. Torque the bolts at 100% of the final load in a clockwise pattern (check)

Note:
Torque is based on gasket type, gasket size and bolt size
