Welcome to my portfolio, you will be getting the information of all content that I got in this quarter

and also the elements that is organized. However, I that information become the result of the

learning process as student in academic life. I expect it portfolio, will fill the interest of the reader,

because I worked intensely to satisfy the audience expectative, of the professional educational

I believe in the possibility to develop competence in the process of learning of my students In a

Small group discussion and skill practice. Students should be able to acquire transformational

learning process, Independence learning practice and imaginary. As a teacher I expect that all my

students acquire competences and knowledge develop and become a better citizen.

The ultimate goal of my teaching is to do that – teach, not stand up in the front of the room and talk.

But sometimes it’s easier to talk than to teach, as we all know, especially when we need to cover a

lot of material in a short amount of time. We hope students will understand, if not now than before

test time, and we keep our fingers crossed that their results will indicate we’ve done our job.

The most effective way to test student understanding is to do while the lessons still going to do.I will

collaborate with others educators, because we should implement the strategies of education,

according with my experience in educational system.I have a good relation with my students and

colleagues inside and outside of the school, in conclusion, I think the good relation, is the perfect

example to be success in all to everybody.I consider Students determined partly on subject matter to

be taught.Demonstrating, Collaborating and Classroom action research. I will improve my teaching

skill to manage my classroom and also rather than just teaching a class. I will effectively instruct my

students, because I know how to organize the classroom.I will manage the curriculum and keep

students on task with various management techniques just teaching my students critical thinking

skill rather than just teaching them to memorize facts. Example, encounter, the activities thatinclude,

brainstorming, vocabulary, questions with target language in it, labeling a picture.

Teachers are committed to Students and Their Learning

I consider that teaches are to guide student in their learning process. In this aspect, I have the

compromise to facilitate instruction clearly to my students, because of their best way of academy.

However, the best opportunity to me as teacher is, to motivate my students ask me questions, in

case him or her not understand the instruction in classroom or out of classroom. Second as teacher

I always plan before start to work with my students,in different ways like good relation and

communication with my students, because the goal of mine is, student’s comprehension

academically.

For that reason, I work with my students as a member of a team, because I consider it is the

support of the contribution to break ice among students effective communication, in addition, i

think this is a good strategy to guide my students the correct instruction of the lessons and

assignment clearly.

As a teacher I am a responsible teacher to guide well my students and give the knowledge to

them, in addiction I am focus my attention in the activities that my students do, like to read, write,

listen lessons.

In fact, I have the compromise to observe my students practice, according to the curricula

educational program of the Dominican Republic. In this manner I apply my experience to help

my students to follow correct my teaching instruction in class activities.

For instance, I need to have reflect how to teach and monitory my students, in the process of

learning. Finally in order to the collaboration, I consider students assess to another grade, if him

or her acquire the teacher instructions.

I belief and analyze as teacher, the classroom experience is important to be a better teacher. In my

experience as teacher, I learned how to teach my students the lessons of the academic curricula of

the educational system. In fact, the teacher passion is to see the student’s grade and acquire the

lessons of the academic curricula. I consider, all of the students, need the teacher experience to

fallow well the instruction of all activity, because the students need the teacher support to facilitate,

as in example, students learning objective, competence, and independent working time.

For that reason, I learn as teacher to improve my skill, when I teach my students or give to them the

assignments. I put in practice my knowledge, when I teach other my lesson plan.

I’ m going to guide my students to achieve critical thinking in the direction of knowledge of the

natural environment. In fact, at the end of this standard, the students will be able to put in practice

all of information that he or she will get. Moreover, the program will emphasize the plan of

environment protection, at the result of analysis, the student will learn how important is the

natural environments and what dangerous is the pollution. This plan will support the teachers

how to impart better the class activities. According to the cooperation, the students will acquire

the information of the teacher lesson plan, because the students are going to put in practice the

knowledge or proficiency in the implementation of the writing skill, to speak, and also to read

textbooks, magazine, videos of the computer scream, this will cooperate with the teachers

purpose to the students success.

The purpose of the subject is motivating students the importance of the natural environment. The

students he or she will read the textbook to investigate the qualities of the natural environment,

including another tools to use, like pictures, videos, to illustrate the quality of the natural

environment. The students will use the internet to investigate about the pollution and the resource

of the environment.

The students will learn the negative Factors that destroy our planet and also students will

contribute with ideas of how people may reduce the environment pollution in our planet.

Even thought, the students will dominate critical thinking when they will investigate in textbook

or internet about solution of global warming.

the students was not understand very well what I had told, In this manner, I going to do more effort

The Sisters Who Toppled a Dictatorship

The Dominican Republic of the 1950s was a totalitarian nightmare. Obsessively controlled by cruel
dictator Rafael Trujillo — a man for whom no slight was too small, no grudge too big — the
nation’s citizens quickly grew fearful of expressing any dissent. It was not until a group of sisters
slapped Trujillo in the face (both literally and figuratively) that the nation finally found the courage
to follow their example and oust the despot.

These women were the Mirabal sisters. And they willingly gave their lives to end Trujillo’s.

The Mirabals were from a relatively well-to-do provincial family. The sisters — Minerva, Patria,
Maria Teresa, and Dede — all went to Catholic boarding school, married good men, had children,
went to church… in short, not obvious candidates for revolutionaries.

But Trujillo was a true monster. He used his secret police and extensive spy network to keep the
nation’s eyes open and mouths shut. He owned or directly controlled much of the country’s most
vital utilities — the radio, the mail, the press, the airlines, and the passport office. Those who spoke
out against him often died in unexplained, brutal circumstances.

However, it was Trujillo’s vicious lust that pit him directly against the Mirabals. Throughout his
reign, Trujillo employed scores of “beauty scouts” to scour the countryside for young girls — often
very young — for him to romance, kidnap, and/or rape. One such mission resulted in him invite
forcing the Mirabals to come to one of his parties. Minerva soon realized that she was his target, and
politely turned down his entreaties. When he forced the issue, she slapped him in the face, gathered
her family, and got the hell out of dodge.

Thereafter, Minerva struggled as Trujillo personally toyed with her life. Despite being a brilliant
student, upon starting her second year at law school, Minerva found she was barred from
classes until she gave a public speech extolling Trujillo’s virtues. When she graduated years later —

summa cum laudeno less — the government denied her the license to practice law.

only sister to never join the resistance movement and to survive past

1960. She falls in love with the revolutionary Virgilio but never acts on

her feelings and marries her non-revolutionary.

Reflection

I believe, that I need to have better afford in my strategy to organize better my lesson plan, because I

have the resource to complement the plan. In addition, as a teacher, i have the support of my

colleagues and also the option of the internet usually, when I do not understand the instructions to do

a lesson plan correctly. In fact i learn to my student’s new things when i teach to them.

Finally, I have the skill and experience to instruct my students, because I always plan and learn with

my errors, because at the end of my understanding, I put in practice with my students my

knowledge and experience.
