This document contains these tables:

1. The Lubricant table contains the recommended lubricant type and capacity for Haas machine components.
2. The other tables contain information about the properties of the lubricants.
3. The Specialty Grease and Sealant tables contains the description and part numbers for each item in the table.

Note: The lubricants in this table are for all Haas machines made after 1987.

Mobilgrease XHP 220 Series

This grease has these properties:

• It has good performance at high temperatures.

Mobilgrease XHP 221 1 220
• It has very good performance for very high pressure and
force.

• It supplies good protection from water contamination.

Mobilgrease CM Series

This grease has these properties:

• It does not easily become soft under very high force.

Mobilgrease CM-P • It stays together and it stays on the components. 2 320

• It contains 3% molybdenum sulphide. This supplies more

protection from wear in highly loaded plain bearing
applications.

Haas Liquid Grease This grease is 50% SHC 627 and 50% Mobilith SHC 007. -- 100
This grease supplies very good bearing and gear protection.
