1.0 Employee Detail
Employee Detail is used to store, track, retrieve and safeguard employees information. It also
have easy access to important personnel information such as contact information, job history,
performance reviews, education, and employee attachments.

Steps:
Select Human Resource → Employee Detail and screen display as Figure 1.

1.1 Personal Detail
Personal Detail is used to record employees basic information such as, employee number,
employee name, date of birth and others.

Steps:
Select Human Resource → Employee Detail and screen display as Figure 2.

Create New Personal Detail:


a. Click the Create button as shown in Figure 2.
b. Key in the employee detail and upload employee photo at Figure 3.
c. Click Save button.

1.2 Career Progression
Career Progression is used to record and plan the staff career movement. For example, New
Join, Confirmation, Increment and etc.

Steps:
Select Human Resource → Employee Detail → Career Progression and screen
display as Figure 4.

**Below are the explanations regarding the fields of above screen:
Next Action Day is used to alert the user for next career movement for the staff with the day
specified. For example, when a staff new joins at 15/Jan/2009, the expected confirmation date might
be 3 months after. In this case, user can set 3 months after and user can view the report from Report-
HR ->Coming Due Listing to identify the staffs next career movement due date.

Next Progression is used to define the next career movement for the staff. For example, the next
career movement for New Join is Confirmation so the field of Next Progression had to set to
Confirmation.

Create New is used to create and record employee next career movement. For example, when a New
Join had confirm by management, then the Confirmation level will record in employee Career
Progression.

Create New Career Progression:


a. Select all related employee detail in Figure 4.
b. Click Save button.
1.3 Miscellaneous
Miscellaneous is used to record employee contact information. For example mailing address,
mobile contact, and others.

Steps:
Select Human Resource → Employee Detail → Miscellaneous and screen display as
Figure 5.

Record Miscellaneous Detail:


a. Fill in address and personal detail at Figure 5.
b. Click Save button.
1.4 Emergency Contact
Emergency Contact is used to prepare employee emergency contact detail during
emergencies. One employee are allow to key in two emergency contact person detail.

Steps:
Select Human Resource → Employee Detail → Emergency Contact and screen
display as Figure 6.

a. Key in employee emergency contact list as shown in Figure 6.
b. Click Save button.
1.5 Accident
Accident is used to record the staff accident during working hours. For example, falling, car
accident, burning and etc.

Steps:
Select Human Resource → Employee Detail → Accident and screen display as
Figure 7.

Record Employee Accident:


a. Key in employee accident incident detail as shown in Figure 7.
b. Click Save button.
1.6 Achievement
Achievement Description is used to record employee awards and honors received. For
example, Best Performance of the Month, Best Attendance of the Month and etc.

Steps:
Select Human Resource → Employee Detail → Achievement and screen display as
Figure 8.

a. Key in employee achievement detail at Figure 8.
b. Click Save button.
1.7 Benefit
Benefit is used to record employee benefits/ entitlement/ goods had received during their
service in the organization. For example, car, hand glove, safety boot and etc.

Steps:
Select Human Resource → Employee Detail → Benefit and screen display as
Figure 9.

Record Employee Benefit:


a. Key in the equipment or benefit employee had received during their servicing year at
Figure 9.
b. Click Save button.
1.8 Discipline
Discipline is used to record employee unacceptable behavior during their service in the
organization. For example lateness, fighting, stolen, and etc will recorded in detail as a
reference for follow up purpose.

Steps:
Select Human Resource → Employee Detail → Discipline and screen display as
Figure 10.

Record Employee Discipline:


a. Key in all the employee discipline detail at Figure 10.
b. Click Save button.
1.9 Academic Qualification
Academic Qualification is used to record employees’ Qualification background for future career
progression analysis such as Degree, Certificate, Diploma and etc.

Steps:
Select Human Resource → Employee Detail → Academic Qualification and screen
display as Figure 11.

a. Key in an employee qualification detail at Figure 11.
b. Click Save button.
1.10 Employee Event
Employee Event is used to record how active an employee joins the organization event. It
also allow management to planing and forecasting future task for employee’s on career
advancement, training courses to be attended, planning salary increment, future project
involvement, employee’s benefits & etc.

Steps:
Select Human Resource → Employee Detail → Employee Event and screen display
as Figure 12.

a. Key in an employee event detail at Figure 12.
b. Click Save button.
1.11 Family
Family is used to record employee family members detail.

Steps:
Select Human Resource → Employee Detail → Employee Event and screen display
as Figure 13.

a. Key in an employee family detail as shown in Figure 13.
b. Click Save button.
1.12 Insurance
Insurance is used to record any insurance claims from employee. For example,
hospitalization, accident, injure on body and others.

Steps:
Select Human Resource → Employee Detail → Insurance and screen display as
Figure 14.

a. Key in an employee insurans detail as shown in Figure 14.
b. Click Save button.
1.13 Specialized Skill
Specialized Skill is used to records employees’ job skills & expertise acquire during or before
joining the organization. It’s help management to access information into future manpower
planning & deployment of new project. For example, communication skill, typing skill and etc.

Steps:
Select Human Resource → Employee Detail → Specialized Skill and screen display
as Figure 15.

a. Key in an employee skill or expertise as shown in Figure 15.
b. Click Save button.
1.14 Training
Training is used to record employee training detail, schedule next training for employee, as a
reference and follow up purpose.

Steps:
Select Human Resource → Employee Detail → Training and screen display as
Figure 16.

a. Key in an employee training detail as shown in Figure 16.
b. Click Save button.
1.15 Work Experience
Work Experience is used to record employee's job history, such as experience and previous
employment before join the organization.

Steps:
Select Human Resource → Employee Detail → Work Experience and screen display
as Figure 17.
