Alan Levine co-authored the book The Rights of Students and has
litigated cases, including in the U.S. Supreme Court, involving a broad
range of civil rights and civil liberties issues. He teaches constitutional
litigation in NYC law schools and was named a “Champion of Justice”
by the NYC Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild.
