○Luggage that can be taken on board the bus for free is limited to (1) Up to 10 kg weight, (2) Total volume up to 0.027 cubic
meters,(3) Length up to 1 meter. Please note that depending on bus structure and in cases that luggage disrupts the operation
(i.e.when luggage blocks aisles or emergency exits), luggage that is within the specs above may be restricted from being brought
onboard.
Furthermore, pets in travel carriers meeting the requirements of (2) can be brought aboard on most daytime buses (prohibited on
overnightbuses), but please confirm with the bus company you will be using beforehand.
(Important) After renewing the credit card you used at purchase, you may not be able to request a refund over the Internet due to
"TicketPaid Prior to Renewal" and the credit card company's agreement (deadline overlap / price difference, etc.).
Insuch case, please consult with a service counter (of the Issuing Company or Operating Company / within operating hours, the same
shallapply hereafter.)

Refund request made over the Internet must be completed at least 2 hours before the reserved bus leaves from the starting point
ofthe route.
The service counter will only accept refund requests on valid tickets (tickets for buses that have not yet departed).
