missing as per information from PGI Felipe Ruiz Jr. on or about 5:00 p.m. as of this date.
Said PDL was assigned as Office orderly at Documents Section with custody and Supervision
by PGI Felipe Ruiz Jr.

Immediately the undersigned conducted search with in the LRP reservation together
with some available guards said PDL nowhere to found.
